Yep. This stuff was leaked because they wanted to out him due to all the collusion and hiding info from the players union. Him and Tretter are pieces of shit that deserve to go.

Murdoch is going to reach some inconsequential settlement to help "clear Trump's name." Bank on it. The WSJ is just a play toy to him.

Apparently not. We have not talked enough about kolaches and koblasneks and chicken fried steak. Brisket and Leach talk making this dry dead talk. -

Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
Francisco 2.0 replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
You know, a month ago, if Trump wanted to fire Bondi, he could have asked ole' Rupert to see if they could scrape together a few nickels to find her a soft landing spot each night on Fox. That option is out the window now. -

Anytime I get annoyed with this thread, I just think about 4-5 years ago when I would open it daily hoping for a program healing deus ex machina. Now i just smile and look at the calendar to see how many DAYS away it is until a Manning is leading our preseason #1 team to open the season. -
She’s 65 now, religious and into being a Memaw who bakes cookies for the grandchildren… …and a bit of Church Lady who fights - could it be - SATAN!!?? It is amazing to me all of the wild childs I knew in my youth who are now very judgmental, prudish old people - disapproving of people doing the same things they used to enjoy doing themselves - all while feigning absolute amnesia about things they did when they were younger. Sad. Bigly.

Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
wild_turkey replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
Whatever the truth is about the Epstein list and files, Ghislaine Maxwell is still alive and she knows basically everything. I guess even if she wanted to talk, she has a logistical dilemma in how to do that from her prison cell without accidentally suiciding herself. Is there something about her legal situation that prevents Trump from pardoning her in exchange for her silence? Or would it just be the public backlash against him? He already pardoned J6ers and child pornographers and countless other criminals. -
Perennial health, not directly related to fitness, thread

Day two of a 72 hour water only (salt added) fast. I don’t mind doing them, second one this year, goal is 3-4 per year in perpetuity. First 24 hours are depletion of glycogen and converting to ketones. Middle 24 hours includes deconstruction and recycling of damaged cells including worn out white blood cells and other immune system warriors. Last 24 hours is the time precancerous cells are targeted (often because they are metabolically stressed (heavy glucose users and fragile and unable to adapt to ketones etc for energy) and they get tagged for recycled parts. Stem cells start to activate to replenish gut lining (huge) and immune system (immune system is initially decreased as damaged white blood cells and others are also recycled for spare parts). HGH and BDNF are surging and all the good shit I want is ongoing. And my appetite is decreasing and almost non-existent. And all I can think about is my life is on pause and I just want to eat (emotional satisfaction and the ritual of celebrating meals) -
Beats drinking box wine and listening to ABBA or Air Supply. Karen could bring it.

This is why if there is ever a future dem president (yea I know) he needs to be as ruthless as Trump and dare this SC to defy him. These fuckers have proven themselves principle-free clowns and they need to be treated as such going forward.

Li in the final group with Scottie tomorrow will be great for Scottie. Unlikely to receive a ton of direct pressure.

This is obviously the case. MAGA likes him because his vendettas align with some of their own despicable interests - get rid of non-white people, get rid of LGBTQ, attack education, attack science, attack intellectualism, attack anything that can be considered woke. What they fail to see is that Trump really doesn’t care about them at all. He doesn’t like poor people beyond his need for them to elect him, which is now in the past. Christians and religious people are delusional in thinking he is one of them. Middle America and farmers, same deal. He isn’t serving most of them except occasionally by accident. Not because he wanted to help them, but because his vindictiveness and greed happens to work in their favor. Trump serves himself, his family, and whatever billionaires or world leaders kiss his ass hard enough.
-
That’s basically what he ran on. Making those that don’t support him miserable. In that way he’s been very successful.
-
Vic Mackey thinks otherwise.

I think I'm one of a dozen people that enjoyed the first movie. Was a fun theater watch when things were opening back up during covid. I only hated the mma non lore character and how easily he dispatched Goro. Fun otherwise. Kano was hilarious. I'll Def watch the sequel

yeah he was at west point for like three weeks, it’s one of the first things i mentioned in my OP. @PGFrog seems to think that shane gillis is a modern andrew dice clay, that he doesn’t have anything thoughtful to say, and i cited the fact that shane gillis went to west point as a history major as some pretty strong proof that PGFrog is wildly off base. Shane’s self aware comments on his time at west point only further prove this. people like @PGFrog see one clip of gillis and immediately write him off as this hateful maga guy who only wants to be mean to people and who goes after low hanging fruit. they get all upset about and proclaim they don’t like him when they don’t actually know anything about him. this is the same shane gillis who volunteers at the special olympics; the same shane gillis who went on andrew schulz podcast and straight up stopped the show and chastised the entire crew when they started making fun of people with down’s syndrome. the same shane gillis who is wildly outspoken against donald trump and his cabinet. he’s the only modern comic i can even name who is totally tuned into and informed on american and global politics, and he has countless hours of thoughtful conversations about all of this. yeah, that guy is shallow, hateful, thoughtless, and maga. give me a break.
