  1. Past hour
  2. What makes you think coach royal would hate ou, or consider Aggy any kind of threat?
  3. No HEB means you split between Albertsons and the closest mexican mercado, no fucking around. And when you get back into the land of HEB, you kiss the ground and say a lil thanks.
  4. I see it as setting a floor for pricing though. Those that make the effort to get to Columbus for Game Day will be willing to spend to go to the game as long as it isn’t crazy. I just don’t see it coming down from current prices. I think this will probably be the most attended Game Day of all time.
  5. Right out of college I had a job working at a pickle factory. I got fired for getting caught sticking my finger in the pickle slicer. I got fired. She got fired. It was a bad deal.
  6. I fucked a summer associate and it ended up costing me half my shit. Of course, that's because I married her. Live and learn.
  7. CBS’s Late Show was the only show among the nine tracked by LateNighter to draw more total viewers in Q2 than it had in the first quarter of 2025—although just barely, with the show growing its audience by 1% quarter over quarter. All told, the Stephen Colbert-hosted show averaged 2.42 million viewers across 41 first-run episodes, comfortably outpacing ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! (1.77 million) and NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (1.19 million). In the advertiser-coveted 18–49 demo, however, Kimmel surged ahead with 220,000 viewers—his strongest performance in a year—edging out Colbert (219,000) and leaving Fallon (at 157,000) in a distant third. https://latenighter.com/news/ratings/late-night-tv-ratings-q2-2025/ @bolverk no plain text because links are good. Deal with it or don't
  8. We watched him and Kimmel pretty regularly until the election but we don’t need a daily recap of what crazy shit Trump did before trying to sleep. Back to Family Guy or King of the Hill reruns now.
  9. Shane’s agent isn’t so passionate or hard headed. Nor his mom. why isn’t it ok if not everyone vibes with the guy’s act?
  10. i just posted this on the mlb thread. is this what y’all see when you click on the post?
  11. @DDD Dad and anyone else that might have something left for legal drama. Silk is about British barristers and their chambers and clerks, which is sufficiently different from US legal practice as to introduce some interest all its own, let alone the interaction between solicitors and barristers. Also, the courtroom drama is somewhat more understated, in keeping with how I understand British procedure to work, so that and unfamiliarity with it means your bullshit detector doesn't go off quite as frequently as a lot of US stuff.
  12. lol: also, yeah, eric sim makes a good point- acuña played a role in the runner taking it easy on the base paths.
  13. IYK, YK
  14. You don’t need a game ticket to attend the taping of College GameDay. I can’t imagine there are that many people for whom seeing Corso bookend his career putting on the Brutus head is going to be the difference between attending the game or staying home.
  15. I think this is my favorite lineup with where we are at right now.
  16. Please demonstrate your correlation between 2 deep talent and game lines.
  17. trade deadline is monday at noon. let’s. make some shit happen.
  18. Same. It’s rough sledding sometimes
  19. I had no idea about that so I heard about it the first time last night. I too was WTF are you thinking? Aggy AND ou?
  20. I lived in Marietta for over 40 years...and still can't help you. Not saying the place doesn't exist, but let me know if you discover it.
