  2. He gets enough credit already. The triple option had already been around over a generation and multiple coaches at the very least dabbled in it, if not made it an outright staple of their offensive systems, going as far back as Don Faurot at Missouri. Just as an aside, I always get tickled when people talk about Ken Hatfield "inventing" the flexbone when all he really did was dust off some old copy of Tiger Ellison's book and just stripped out the passing game stuff.
  3. Aw man. That’s sucks. first live event I ever went to was ozzfest 99
  4. What's Icono's new user name again?
  5. ....and makes a giant percentage of Americans smile with outright glee. We are beyond saving. And truly, we aren't worth saving. Not if this is who we are. And....this is exactly who we are.
  6. Revised lobster roll list: Red’s is at the top. At least 3x the amount of lobster and it was very flavorful without any seasoning. Just checked into The inn at ocean’s edge in lincolnville. The view. All I hear is the ocean in front of me, the infinity pool waterfall behind me, and the breeze in the trees. 69 degrees. Perfection.
  7. I really don’t understand how you justify negging this comment. What a hateful pair you are.
  8. We live in a world without Ozzy Osbourne but Jerry just keeps on living.
  9. As noted not unexpected but still totally sucks. Glad I got to see him with Sabbath at an Ozzfest years back. RIP.
  10. Brad Sham is such a joyless dildo. I enjoy he has to call the games for this terrible team every year.
  11. The replies…
  12. some of y'all might want to inquire into Popper's thoughts on the present age...
  13. Sounds like what it used to feel like driving down 71 through Bastrop. Absolute devastation.
  14. I can't believe the two largest DFW sports franchises are run by Jerry Jones and Nico Harrison.
  15. That literally may be the weirdest fucking thing I’ve ever seen. Animatronics are more lifelike. His lips seem to be mouthing the correct lyrics, which is saying something, though I’m sure no sound is actually coming out. Wow, fascinating.
  16. Yikes he looks like a Disney robot
  17. and flat earth geology
  18. Okay, even though I know how this will go, I will respond. I saw him in Birmingham a few years ago, and his opening line was "When will they stop taking our Confederate monuments away from us?" And then he did a long bit about how he looked up how many there are and it's a lot - it's way more than you could possibly imagine. It was excellent. Sledgehammer, his 2023 special, is funny. Bad Thoughts was awesome. The one parodying Garth Brooks is genuinely outstanding. I think it's pretty obvious that his "outward disdain for his own fans" is a running gag that all of his fans know is a joke. Anyhoo, Tom Segura is an excellent standup comedian and I like him so there.
  19. There's a lot more variety of stuff to be drunk on in the US

    Ozzy has passed.

I first learned of Ozzy in junior high. We were all talking in the football locker room about how bad ass and hard AC/DC was. Buddy brought in his older brother’s tape of Blizzard. He said fuck AC/DC, you wanna hear hard, listen to this. And pressed play on I Don’t Know. Holy shit. Seminal music moment for me. There were a couple that changed me forever. That was def one.
  21. Houston should have received the Endeavor, but to try and take the one from the Smithsonian now is beyond stupid, not to mention probably prohibitively expensive
