  1. Looch on twitter after Eaton commits to aggy: "While Tom Herman tried to slow this recruitment down and get back in it, Jimbo Fisher was not going to be denied on this one. The reality is, and we've now seen this numerous times, is that when Fisher really wants someone, Herman is pretty much helpless"

  4. Everything is about you, you megalomaniac piece of shit. Glad you had a great day. Don't worry about the 31 funerals, or the market plummeting 1600 points in a week, or the soy bean farmers with no customers because of your dumb ass, or the crumbling infrastructure you campaigned on and have done nothing about, or our failing public education system, or Iran building nukes since you yanked us out of the deal, or any of it. Just get some fake praise and go play golf, you fat sack of idiocy.

  5. this comment will probably get nuked off The All-American's site, but Mandel's mailbag this week was so gleefully "LET'S TALK AGGIE FOOTBALL" that I couldn't resist. This is me being nice. "Also, it just so happens The Athletic launched its content-sharing partnership with TexAgs this week"Thus my cancelled subscription, which runs out in a few days. You should be embarrassed to diminish The All-American's credibility by partnering with a site that exists to *promote* Texas A&M, not report on it. You hire actual, grownup journalists to report on your other beats and then treat A&M's beat like it's open mic night: "go ahead, Ags, tell us all about yourselves".Aligning with a site like that is completely contradictory to what you claimed were the reasons for The All-American launching in the first place, the reasons that encouraged me to subscribe. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch; "oh wait, maybe we DO want to be SBNation". I can't take seriously the journalism of a publication or editor-in-chief who's interested in this kind of charade. You're either a journalist OR you're willing to lie down with dogs in order to wake up with their Internet-traffic fleas. I'm tremendously disappointed in you.Texags-- its staff, its subscribers, its message board-- has a reputation that would humiliate anyone but an Aggie. You either knew that and didn't care, or decided to perform an appalling lack of due diligence (doubtful), or were absolutely snowed by the dishonest rah-rah superfans that run Texags (bingo). And now your site's name and credibility are linked to it.Good bye, and good luck.

  9. I do wish our coaches would lie to recruits more. I would like to have Green at guard and Jones at FS and Achane at slot and if all you have to do to get them to commit is lie to them then sign me the fuck up. Leal wants to be the offensive coordinator and Demas wants to be the defensive coordinator? Fucking great, welcome to the team coach. And the best part is it's really easy because the recruits will believe whatever you tell them because they are stupid teenagers. I just think our coaching staff should be smart enough to trick children into doing what they want. I mean Jeffrey Epstein is a bad guy but he could fucking recruit. I forget where I was going with this.

  10. Whose analysis do you trust, sir? On the one hand, you have a guy that puts together 30 camps a year, watches practices at 50 P5 schools and visits probably another 150 high school practices a year. Basically lives, eats and breathes recruiting and lives in Florida and watches these guys. On the other hand, you have a complete fucking dipshit who rarely sees anything outside of a 25 mile radius of College Station and has no capacity for objective thought. You may choose to worship Gerry Hamilton. As for me and my house, I choose to serve The Looch.

  11. Apparently: -Tillman is showing up at LB and will be a factor. Being in for the spring was big. He gets forgotten a lot because he wasn’t highly rated, but that’s what you get with underdeveloped Florida players. He has a huge wingspan, he’s fast and fast twitch, and he’s mean. -What kind of pussy is the Tre Norwood kid to get hurt in fall practice ahead of Kirk Johnson going down? -They think Sweat is a fucking beast. They like the DL, but that guy has them excited. They’re putting real depth together where it matters. -They love Smith and Whittington as impact players. The hype is merited. -Green is the best CB going away and they love what they have overall there. -Chris Brown is getting raves and he’s not even going to start. -From someone who has been around the program at practices for more than two decades, “this is the most athleticism on defense since the prime of the Mack Brown era”

  12. FYI on Pouncey: -Amazing ball skills. Elite in this regard. -Underdeveloped and probably weighs 165lbs soaking wet. Will blossom physically in college. -78 inch wing span -I would expect Jordan Pouncey to be plenty involved in the WR rotation. -He’d be the best CB signed in Bilbo Fisher’s 3 classes at ATM. Liucci is a fucking clown to attempt to talk shit about him and his ranking. We should save his bullshit and tweet bomb his clown ass in 3 years.

  23. A&M played in two conference championship games in the history of the Big 12. One was before either Mack Brown or Bob Stoops were hired. The other was Mack's first year, OU's last pre-Stoops year. Once Oklahoma and Texas got their programs back to their normal levels, it went like this for A&M: 1999: three way tie for third, one game back (defeated us head to head and still finished a game back of us) 2000: third, three games back 2001: tied third, three games back 2002: fifth 2003: fifth 2004: tied for third, three games back 2005: fourth 2006: third, two games back 2007: three way tie for third, two games back 2008: tied for fifth (last) 2009: fifth 2010: three way tie for first, did not have tiebreaker 2011: tied for sixth (with us) So from the time Bob Stoops was hired and Texas and OU started winning on their historically expected levels, A&M never even seriously contended for the Big 12 South title. When our program cratered in 2010, they shared their only division title post-98. In the SEC, they've gone this: 2012: tied for second, one game back of a team they upset head to head 2013: fourth 2014: sixth 2015: tied for fifth 2016: fourth 2017: tied for fourth 2018: tied for second, three games back That is during peak Alabama, another program that's simply capable of much higher output than A&M. And the rest of the SEC hasn't been killer the rest of the time A&M's been there, either-- LSU has been good but not as strong as they were from 2003-2011. Auburn's up and down, Florida's on their third coach since A&M joined the conference, Georgia has put together three fine seasons but A&M hasn't even played them. Ole Miss and Miss State exceeded historical performance, but I don't think many Aggies would see either of those programs as legit obstacles. Arkansas and Tennessee have been as bad the past 5-8 years as at any time in their histories. In other words, not only is A&M not contending in the SEC, they're not contending during a time when there's only one blueblood (Alabama) to surmount. If LSU gets its act together, if Auburn gets consistent, and if Florida and Tennessee re-establish themselves and compete with Georgia, A&M will fall further from contending for conference and even division titles. I don't know how else to explain this to people who keep credulously referring to A&M as a sleeping giant (Stewie Mandel). They're not. They're Mississippi State in a more talented and therefore more hotly contested recruiting area. Winning 8 games and finishing two games back in their division is a good year for them. A breakthrough is sharing a division title and losing the tiebreaker.

  25. No, I'm stating my opinion as opinion. Do you need fact and opinion to be explicitly labeled to tell the difference? I've already named major, long-term Republican "accomplishments." Are you really unaware of those long-term trends? None of these things have been "rolled back" by past moderate Dems, and none of them will be. We all know what happened starting around 1980: And how has that extreme departure from moderation impacted Republicans' electoral success since 1980? Do you really need a chart to know how successful they've been eschewing moderation? And that electoral success, in turn, has impacted the Supreme Court, which is my point there. As to your list: Gay rights — not from moderates, who were the last to "evolve." Activism from the far left pushed society on this. Climate change — worse than ever before. How is that a success? Our emissions since 1990, yay? Race wage gap — huh? Gender wage gap — ok, it's narrowed a tiny bit War — huh? We're still fighting in Afghanistan and Obama's drone program is bigger than ever. Moderate Dems were all for the Iraq War. Weed legalization — how is this because of moderate Dems? It's been from the far left and libertarian right, and that it's happening isn't really about ideology. Single-payer — this is from the far left, not moderates. And it hasn't happened yet. Abortion and gun control — you have to be joking.

  37. Jesus Fucksticks! I get that this is an annoying as fuck recruitment and I’m glad Texas isn’t playing along anymore, But is there any specific history of abuse with this guy that would warrant this comment? Pretty fucking shitty take to baselessly and prematurely accuse a teenager of domestic abuse just because he is going to a different school and you don’t like the way he deals with recruiting.
