  1. I would ask Hartzell.  I don't know the current restrictions.  If he is lying that they were violating them, then he should be held accountable.  When I was at Texas, there were designated places for protests.  You did not get to choose the areas to have a mass protest.  They were subject to time, place, and manner restrictions -- which have been repeatedly affirmed by courts.
I would assume Texas has written policies.  If you are so sure they have been violated, go read them and let us know.  I am trusting Hartzell right now.

Man, I hated seeing that eyesore shanty every time I stepped out of the UGL.
  2. Thank you, I saw that but forgot about it. According to that, traffic was much heavier in populated areas. The shitty weather will also cause quite a few people to stay home or seek an area with better weather too.

There's a lot of people who chase these things as a hobby. I commute to work Tuesday, and the flights last week from SAT were all oversold. Now there's seats available, so I guess I'll go.

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Fire Department is hoping to remove hundreds of electric scooters and bikes from Lady Bird Lake.

Recently, members of the AFD RED (Robotic Emergency Deployment) Team tested out a submersible remotely operated vehicle (ROV). While testing the equipment, they spotted an e-bike and a robotic arm attached to the ROV was able to grab a wheel and pull it out of the water.

We took a canal tour in Amsterdam over spring break, and the narrator said 16,000 bicycles end up in the canals every year. I thought of you people.
