  1. I have 5-40# bags of the Rectec blend that came as a promotion with my RT-1070 if anyone wants them. I've stored them about a year in the garage and will most likely never use them. I favor the Bear Mountain Oak - pellets are firm and little dust, great flavor. https://www.amazon.com/MOUNTAIN-Premium-BBQ-Charcoal-Electric/dp/B096N3LM1C/ref=sr_1_3_pp?hvadid=631556832370&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9027599&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=18099071969024659461&hvtargid=kwd-912706297188&hydadcr=7468_13294104&keywords=bear%2Bmountain%2Boak%2Bpellets&qid=1694535074&sr=8-3&th=1
  2. I stopped by a few weeks ago and agree on the brisket and sausage. The ribs weren’t quite ready when we made it through the line at 11:15. Marinated tomatoes were really good but I’d skip the coleslaw unless you like a strong tabasco slaw. Think they use a shit ton of it in place of regular vinegar. Tabasco is fine, but it was overwhelming. Weak pickle game.
  3. If you’re gifting a few bottles, what are you picking up?
  4. Thanks for getting those shelves restocked, you the real MVP.
  5. Here's some inspiration for your new rock crawler 650:
  6. You think of distance like my wife. Childress to Amarillo is about a 2 hour drive.
  7. This poor gal is running with some ornery company.
  8. I’m going Wednesday, let us know how it is.
  9. Holy shit Lethato makes some ugly shoes. It’s like they are trying to out douchebag the boots in west Texas.

Getting things going today with ERhine’s famous oven roux.
  11. Looks like a pit boss. Stick a water pan in there and get the brisket off of the direct heat in the center. Every long cook I had without the water pan resulted in a pretty tough bottom side as the heat is directly below the meat.
  12. Recently built house has a good size walk-in space in the attic that I'd like to utilize. Figured spraying it and finishing out some flooring would give a good amount of storage space that wouldn't be unbearable throughout the year while also helping keep the upstairs cooler. Honestly I haven't looked through all of my options as this just popped up as something I'd like to finish out before I have to figure out where to store all of the holiday shit my wife buys again this year.
  13. Maybe not the appropriate thread but hoping this one gets enough traffic. Any recs for spray foam co’s to come spray an attic in the North Houston burbs?
  14. We’re playing fetch as much as possible before the storms hit us. This dude could do it all day.
  15. I also picked up my Romeo Zero XL at Carters on the north side.
  16. Link to holster? I'm with you, really really enjoying this pistol.
  17. My hands are aching just looking at that pic...
