Do we have any early high school graduates that practiced with the team this semester and are playing in the game?

That's pretty much the entire point of enrolling early

I wish PhDhorn would weigh on this because I just watched KXAN and the 4 models were all over the place.  Everything from a heavy drizzle (that's what she said) to flash floods/sustained thunderstorms.  I dunno, I';m going either way and I get they can't make a call until closer to kickoff.  Fits with April in Austin where anything can happen including a sweep of TCU at the Disch.

  3. Watched the Dateline episode recently.  Kaitlin is a cold blooded psycho. I laughed my ass off when Colin told APD (paraphrasing) that she was one of the least crazy bitches he's ever dated.

That actual audio of the screams and the gunshots was pretty fucking awful to listen to. And obviously it was an unwinnable situation but Kaitlin 's lawyer is about as full of shit as a person can be. What's his surly handle?

Kemp was the one DFA'd to make room.

This was classy as hell of Tony

Tony Kemp is happy to see the youngsters thrive.

The Baltimore Orioles veteran took the high road on Wednesday, congratulating top prospect Jackson Holliday despite losing his spot on the major league roster following the rookie’s call-up.

He shared a special story about seeing the kid swing for the first time.

“In the fall of 2010, our college had a series against the Longhorns for a three-game set,” Kemp said on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Our hitting coach at the time was Josh Holliday and his brother, Matt, brought his kid to our early practice. I remember watching his son (Jackson) with a sweet lefty swing.

    “Go get ’em kid!”

The veteran played his college ball at Vanderbilt where Josh Holliday, Jackson Holliday’s uncle, was the hitting coach. He is now the head coach at Oklahoma State.

But it was pizza, supposedly, during the halftime rain delay.

Mind you, the Maryland coach that put guys on stationary bikes was the interim replacing a coach that killed a guy

My 7 year old wants to get there early to get autographs. Will Quinn be signing? That’s the one my son really wants.

My 3 year old daughter just wants to see Bevo or as she says “Beebo”.

He probably will be but last year they just counted off how ever many fans they'd let in at a time and send them to a line of tables with players, didn't look like you could pick a line. You could probably just have your kid wander to that table on his own then get forgiveness rather than permission

I posted upthread about my Dupetryn's procedure.

Saw the hand doc today for my follow-up.  Doc says I may be the best outcome of his career.  Just fantastic results, particularly for a man of my "seniority".

Cool , just don't go all Ray McKigney on everybody

“Gentleman” Chris Adams ep should be good.

In April 2000, Adams and his girlfriend of four months, Linda Kaphengst, were both found unconscious inside a friend's apartment, the victims of an overdose of the drug GHB and alcohol. Adams recovered, but 10 hours later, Kaphengst died at a local hospital.[5][12] He then lived in Rowlett with his new wife Karen and their 7-year-old daughter.[1]

In June 2001, Adams turned himself in on a manslaughter charge that he was indicted on,[12] but while awaiting trial, on 7 October 2001, he was fatally shot in the chest with a .38 caliber handgun during a drunken brawl with a friend, William Brent "Booray" Parnell, at his home in Waxahachie, Texas. He was 46 years old.[1] Self-defense was claimed, and the gun owner was acquitted of all charges.[21] Following his death, Stone Cold Steve Austin stated "I'm sorry he got killed, but the guy did not have good karma."[6]

Adams was a crazy motherfucker.  He and Stone Cold were Eskimo brothers, both were married to Jeannie. In fact Austin credits her with the Stone Cold moniker
