Gundy is going to get Mike Leach'd, isn't he

Take a year off while watching a few hours of film at Saban's halfway house for troubled coaches while the heat dies down, and then go to some low tier P5 state school and turn them into an upper quartile program in their conference

Without any knowledge of okie lite internal politics, I bet they keep him.

He's a mullet adorned football coach at the off-brand school in a backward state. I'd say sporting OAN apparral is pretty on on-brand.

He's so far into the weird conspiracy theory part of alt-rightism that most of it goes right over people's heads.

247 seems to be falling in love with the Wickline specials in Baylor's class this year. Both Tate Williams and Connor Heffernan keep rising in the rankings.

I didn't even realize Heffernan had committed to Baylor - he handled the fuck out of Princely to the point that Manor moved him to the other side for a bit to try to get him involved. He's a really good HS OL but he's got a very small frame - his shoulders are not wide and he's not overly big. I know recent interviews say he's up to 265 or whatever and maybe he is, but he's not going to be able hold that weight easily and certainly isn't going to be able to get up to 300. Much smaller frame than James Brockermeyer.

That Tate Williams rise was outright nonsense. Did Wall throw a pass last year? You cannot make an OL a 4* and top 25 in the state if you have no idea if he can even pass block. GTFO. HUDL clips show him pushing around a bunch of 155 pound kids. Talk about someone who needed to be seen in a camp against a better tier. JFC. Absolute nonsense.

That kid went from unranked to like top 40 in the state a couple weeks ago.  Maybe 247 is giving Aranda some boost?

He's a TCU legacy, so that makes sense. Boulware's been following him on Twitter.

#TCU picked up commit No. 5 today from in-state OL Jacoby Jackson. A 6-6, 320-pound OL who's father played for the Horned Frogs: https://247sports.com/college/tcu/Season/2021-Football/Commits/

So...Kansas is sending out edits with players that didn't go to their school because.....why? "Cut from the same cloth". Oh, so he should go to LSU? The place that the guy in the top left of this picture was fired from? You know, the guy that couldn't figure out how to take advantage of all world receivers? Also, Alexander is a DE. So...what are we doing here?

It's Kansas. They're working with the limited tools they've got.

I don’t think Kansas has to worry about their realistic targets committing to LSU. The school has little to nothing to sell football wise, so they focus on Les’s past success. It makes sense. aggy is basically doing the same thing, which is why they’d don’t focusing on the state of Texas nearly as much.

If only they could have held onto Jamar Chase...

“Realistic targets.” He committed there to help a NOLA coach out for a bit. He was never going to actually play football at Kansas.

Pooka Williams and Corione Harris were both 4* kids in the same class that signed with them, not sure how hard LSU was pushing for either?

Pooka was a grade risk coming out of high school. LSU offer wasn’t committable.

We'll be winning the Big XII by default at this rate

At this rate, we'll win because we'll beat OU and then every other game will be a forfeit.

Then we'll go to the playoff with a stunning 1-0 record, where we'll beat Alabama because 65 of their players have the Covid and they have to start a team manager at QB. Then we'll lose to Clemson in the National Championship game because Tom Herman will inexplicably make an inexplicable decision. We'll finish 2nd in the nation with a 2-1 record.

....the fuck?

And why is he in Sonoma?

Have you been to Sonoma? It’s wonderful this time of year. He had a little too much Riesling and posted a bad pic, it happens to first timers in Sonoma that drink like school girls.
