jesus.. no 2nd bye?

Teams only had two idle weeks this year because of how the calendar fell.  Everyone started their season on Aug 31, and in 2020 will be on Sep 5, basically a week later. Has to do with where Labor Day falls.

Dar, slow pony.

I'm glad bedlam is in October again. We can get that disappointment out of the way and try to end the season on a positive note. Also won't ruin my Thanksgiving weekend. If we lose to you guys, at least I don't have many Texas fans to deal with from friends or family.

Why does college football give a shit about labor day?  I would think for player health and academics more bye weeks is a good thing .

You look over there at October, and it scares you to death.  I see three losses that month.  Probably just one in each of September and November.

October is gonna be a shit-show in Austin.  In a fun way.

Three home games, a Halloween, 2 ACL weekends, Texas Book Festival, and an F1 Grand Prix.  I'm gonna go ahead and find a parking spot this morning.
