He'd be just the third COA President impeached, and the first since Morty Seinfeld.

Seriously, the guy who can't shut up about voter fraud for mail-in ballots, under "Home Address", wrote:

"Mar-a-Lago Country Club"

Even the most pretentious country club assholes I know (and I know too many) would still know to write the fucking street address down.

and for all you "Obama golfed too much while in office" crowd...not a real good look for your boy Trump here, "I golfed so much in my first term, I listed my home course as a my voting address!"

So he start claiming his new state of residence as Florida last fall, right?  Can't wait to see what this dipshit puts down as his address on tax returns.

I don't see this becoming military vs the people. But I could see it becoming military vs the cops.

Please be my guest, cops. Good luck with that one.

HW Bush had a hotel room in Houston that he used as his permanent apartment and residence when he was in the WH. I seem to recall that he didn't have a private home in Texas during his presidency but used that place as his home and was able to vote in Texas. Why can't Trump find a local hotel that he can do the same thing to? I see that having a social club makes Mar-A-Lago unsuitable for that purpose but why wouldn't he be able to do like Bush Sr. ?

Actually, this is interesting.  I think he just committed a federal crime, violating a specific election statute:

Quote

52 U.S. Code § 20511.Criminal penalties

......

A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—

.....

(2)knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—

(A)

the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held

.....

shall be fined in accordance with title 18 (which fines shall be paid into the general fund of the Treasury, miscellaneous receipts (pursuant to section 3302 of title 31), notwithstanding any other law), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

He knows that he is not a legal resident of Florida -- he signed a contract representing that he was not.  The only residency address he cited was the one that he specifically, by contract, represented was NOT his address.  So, he 1) knowingly 2) submitted a voter registration application that 3) he knew was false under the laws of the State of Florida (those laws requiring you to be a resident of the state in order to register to vote there).

Unless I'm missing something, it's a clean prosecution.

Oh, and to follow on the post above....if he has already voted in Florida based on such representation, that's a separate criminal violation.  He has now committed two violations of the statute.

I recommend that his 5 year sentences be served consecutively.

That's what he was trying to do, but just as with everything else he attempts, it's now a total fiasco due to the overwhelming stupidity of him and his handlers.

I'm picturing the African American guy in "The Firm" when he helps Tom Cruise realize, that the moment a stamp was placed on the envelope and dropped in the post office box, it became Mail Fraud.  The USPS, Mr. Trump.
The simulation, it would seem, is not without a sense of irony.

We have a president whose typical president job involves executing and implementing policy but he can't execute and implement his own voter registration.

He couldn't execute on a yard implement if sat him in the trailer behind the mower.

So are there any posters on here fully on the Trump train?  I'd like to make a note of who they are for future "I don't give a fuck what you say"ness.

Check the DT thread. They are the snowflakes who freak out when you tell them that Trump may very well be the worst leader ever and semi responsible for how recent events have resolved.

Does he, though? I mean being a "fucking moron" (thanks Rex T) kind of conveniently lends itself to a mens rea challenge by Dershowiitz, Sekulow, or some other disingenuous shitbag, right?

Go visit the politics board on orangepower.com.  Makes me sad that I went to the same school as most of the chodes that post there.

Trump finally got his wall, just not in the original intended location:

Don't worry, he's been destroying wildlife refuges and Indian burial sites in Arizona while people are distracted by the pandemic to put up Wall. As if the country weren't cursed enough as it is.

121/79 seems really good also unless he always had low blood pressure.

I have known some really big cats that had pretty low blood pressure for their size.  And we've known tiny people who are off the charts with high blood pressure.  That really is just a genetic thing.  When I go through my healthy fits each year where I exercise and don't drink much, mine comes down to a level that you probably wouldn't believe for somebody of my size.

But yes, it is absolutely bullshit that he only weighs 244 pounds.  There is zero percent chance that is true.  He is 265 at the absolute minimum.

244?

sexy the walking dead GIF

He is actually wearing a fat suit when you see him on TV to help him relate better to his voting bloc. He also runs 10 miles a day and lifts weights on top of Mt. Olympus each morning with Zeus. Many think he spends his days watching cable news. Not so. He spends his afternoons training Navy Seals to get in as good a shape as he is.

Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz, or John Cornyn, come on down! You're the next contest on Trump's Spineless Sycophant to Cabinet Member!

One of my best friends I grew up with in Houston was a classmate at Awty with Ted Cruz. He didn't go by Ted back then. Rafael told my buddy, who is Jewish, that he was going to hell for being a Jew.

He was as well liked at Awty as he is on this board.

Both of our Senators are spineless, soulless, self-centered, pathetic pieces of shit. Unfortunately, I’m afraid this November Cronyn is going to win by a landslide.

to be fair to Trump, a 6'3" man who weighed 148 pounds would not fall in any semblance of "normal weight range."  That's insane.

A person of that height/weight ratio would look like something out of a Stephen Miller porno mag "Beefcakes of Bergen-Belsen"

I'll wait for the historically illiterate Trumpers to get that joke in about 2 days.

The White House just deleted the tweet.  I'm sure they'll edit it to remove this portion.

Telling you, this is a nation wide effort coming from the very top specifically to try and justify hurting and killing American protesters.

Bullshit on the resting heart rate being 63 for a man his age. Around 73 is average so he would be an athlete with that rate. They fucking lie like we can't figure it out easily. He isn't 6'3" anymore either. And 244 is a pipe dream for that fat ass. He is 3 bills.

Yeah there’s not a chance any of that is true, not a fucking chance.  Laughable man
