Donald Trump 2020

Biden wants to destroy God AND Christmas? Odd behavior for a life long devout Catholic.

I like how dotard says "I brought back Christmas!" and everyone cheers. I think the trained deplorable seals would cheer anything no matter how nuts. "And I put a man on Jupiter and built a moon base!!" (wild applause).

This is supposed to be an exaggeration, but it is not. This 100% would happen and then the chuds would sign up in droves for the Trump Jupiter Moon Cheese of the Month Club.

Oh....that list is being made.

A list is also being made of people/businesses who supported Trump. They should be boycotted and made to suffer for what they have done to us and our country.

That fact should be published far and wide: “do not frequent XYZ dry cleaners - they sent monetary support to Trump and continue to support Trumpublican candidates.”

I’m dead serious. We have stopped spending money at several places, including some relatively small, neighborhood businesses, that would send some of the money we spend to support evil. They picked their poison....now they have to drink it.

I have several friends who've agreed to never shop Home Depot again.

I hope that the ban on Christmas won't preclude us from putting up our tree.  I'll freely admit I'm a sap for the Christmas season and ventured out with the wife this weekend to Hobby Lobby, where I proceeded to buy $15 worth of new ornaments.  And if you know anything about the pricing structure at Hobby Lobby, you know that's a fuck ton of ornaments.

You've fired the first salvo in the 2020 War on Christmas. Godspeed.

In addition to my ANTIFA/MS13 insurance package, please let your Trumpkin family members know that Horn Dog, Inc. also carries a 'Christmas Protection Insurance' package that will compensate you if a hoard of libtards forces you to take down your Christmas tree and/or Christmas decorations.

So you are one of those assholes responsible for stores putting out Christmas decorations BEFORE Halloween?

the pain needs to be levied upon Republicans far, wide, and hard, and for a long time to come.
the only Republican politicians - at the federal, state, and local level who should not be targeted are those who have openly, loudly, and consistently rejected and spoken out against Trump and Trumpism and everything they stand for.
since that list of Republicans is comprised of ... [check notes] .... nobody, it should be pretty easy to keep track of.

To be fair. The Lincoln project repubs are on that rejection list. As are Kasich, McCain (rip), Corker, and Flake. Plus most of the ex cabinet members.

This said it was deleted. But what the fuck was happening here?

Trump at some megachurch and near him was a woman in a t-shirt and jeans weeping and singing for Jesus like an absolute rube. The Manhattan conman abandoned by everyone but the gullible suckers he secretly loathes.

He feels the walls closing in. He now has to deal with trying to manage the emotions that being a one-term failure will create for an egomaniacal narcissist. Poor Donald, you hate to see it.

He's been a failure his entire life.  He's used to it.

point taken; however, perhaps I have a different definition of "consistently" as used in my original post (and reasonable minds can differ on that).

it was clear that Trump was a cancer almost immediately after he took office, and it was apparent that he was a traitor at Helsinki - and that was mid-2018.

Guess what asshole, I'm tired of it, too. If only somebody in charge had done something besides tell everyone it was a hoax and would disappear like a miracle.

They are Charles De Gaulle relative to the current Vichy GOP leadership.

I didn’t buy a great deal of their products, but I did stop after I saw that press conference. Unanue was within his rights to be an opportunist and get up there and say nice things in order to curry favor with the head moron in charge. He obviously did not care about any negative reaction to what he did though.

I agree with all but the first part of your last sentence (I agree that they will rebound by 2022).  None of what I said is inconsistent with that.  They are the party of Trump, will remain the party of Trump, and will remain a viable threat under that banner for the foreseeable future.

The Trumpublican party is a thing, it's going to stay that way, and it's going to keep winning a lot of races, and being nationally competitive.  Not IN SPITE of its Trumpism bonafides, but BECAUSE of them.

I disagree that Trump will be part of their platform if he loses this election. He's been a useful idiot for them, but they'll let him go as soon as he loses, especially if it is a big loss like current polling numbers. He'll continue to be mentioned sometimes in the redneck states like Oklahoma and Alabama, but the national party will pretend that he didn't really exist and will rarely if ever be brought up by the national party. Democrats will continue to bring his name up, but it won't be all that effective because this country is full of idiots who won't care. They'll be persuaded by the same old shit like "socialism" and abortion. I really don't think we will see another trump anytime soon. He was a bizarre situation of a celebrity who had been laying the groundwork for years for this and it worked in 2016 against a democratic candidate with extraordinary baggage that was not helpful to her at all (mostly unfair but baggage nonetheless). Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz, none of these guys will ever have the celebrity of Donald Trump and I just don't see anyone similar coming up behind him.

He’s in the 30’s. Rats about to start fleeing the ship in numbers. There is realistic potential for a down ballot slaughter

He's going to be less popular than Richard Nixon. But to be fair, he's committed more crimes and cost more American lives.

Hobby Lobby (bling for Jesus)

Papa John's  (just ugh anyway)

As far as Lowes and HD, I always shop my local home owned lumber yard first, then Mc Coys, then Lowe's.   Only go to HD if its something I just have to have to finish a project.

I disagree. It’s only going to get worse. There is no way the Pubs are going to run a more reasonable candidate in 2024. They are stuck with Tiger King candidates for the next 4-5 cycles.
