I've been watching Eye closer than most probably the past 8 years and she doesn't seem to fucking evolve. She does the same shit like every fight. She doesn't throw enough, she's always timid, she pretty much sucks.

She's really not even a top 8 fighter. She just got hooked up and won some split decisions lol.

Good news for 251.

What time will the fights start?

Without fans in attendance, the UFC doesn't have to worry about the local timing of the event, so the plan is to proceed with normal timing for a pay-per-view, which is:

  • Early prelims -- 6-8 p.m. ET on Fight Pass, ESPN, & ESPN+
  • Late Prelims -- 8-10 p.m. ET on ESPN & ESPN+
  • Pay-per-view -- 10 p.m. ET

That translates into strange local times for the fighters. Abu Dhabi is eight hours ahead of Eastern Time in the U.S., which means prelims start at 2 a.m. local time, and the main card starts at 6 a.m. local time. There were fans in attendance for UFC 242, so times were adjusted and the prelims started at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Dana is a dildo, but I can't stand Arum.

This was funny:

“So many people are watching, this is everybody’s time to shine,” White said after UFC on ESPN 10 (via Fox News). “The sport is at a whole other level right now, you know what I mean? When we first started on ESPN, if you look at the ESPN totem pole, you had NFL, Major League Baseball, NBA, these guys, right? And we were down like … we were one notch above Cornhole. OK? Now we sit in a much better place on the ESPN totem pole than we did when we signed this deal a year and a half ago.

“By the way, Cornhole almost out-rated Top Rank the other night for their fights,” White added. “So congratulations to Top Rank. Bob Arum, give him a shout out. Good job, Bob. You’re f**king brilliant. You d**khead.”

All the fighters made weight except for this screwy matchup.

All fighters scheduled to compete on the card made weight except for lightweight Frank Camacho, who weighed in at 158 pounds, which is 2 pounds over the 156-pound lightweight limit.

Camacho is scheduled to face UFC newcomer Justin Jaynes, who did make weight. Camacho was originally scheduled to face Matt Frevola, but UFC pulled Frevola from the event this week after one of his cornermen/teammates tested positive for COVID-19.

The fight will go on, with Camacho fined 20% of his purse, which will go to Jaynes.
