Not any must see games to start the season, but I'll be watching the FCS game on Saturday night and I'm interested in seeing how SMU looks on the road against Texas State before their big game with TCU the next week. Who am I kidding, I'll still spend all day September 5 watching college football even if it is Houston Baptist @ North Texas at 11AM on a holiday Saturday. BYU and Navy appears to be the game of the week(s).

Now this is more like it. Not a whole lot of must see games, but I'll be glued to the TV all day and can't wait for the SMU @ TCU game and a couple of the ACC games look interesting like Syracuse @ North Carolina. I think all of Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, and Baylor will be on upset watch in the Big 12 too so I'm sure at least one of those games will turn into a good one.

100% true for ISU.  The Cajuns are no joke, went 11-3 (Miss St., App St. twice). This one is damn scary knowing how slow to get up to speed we are in a normal year.  This game replaces Iowa on the schedule and honestly I'd rather play them.  We'd have been laser focused on beating Iowa since Campbell has failed to do so, so far.

Upset watch indeed.

Gameday in San Marcos?

Actually, Gameday. Huh. Hadn't thought about it but I guess that won't be a thing for awhile.

They plan on continuing it (I doubt for the week of September 5 though) and have said they may do it in stadiums before 11AM kickoffs or even in the location where Kirk will be calling the night game. We'll see what happens.

College Gameday announced they're still planning to set-up every Saturday but without fans.  That will be...odd.  I presume Herbie, Rece, Nessler, Danielson, Gus, etc are all going to be announcing inside their respective stadiums and not doing any remote broadcasting nonsense.

What's the status on most of these universities/towns and attendance?

Will most the games be 25%+/-?  I think I've seen 1-2 in the SECSECSEC at 30% but that's it.  Anything higher?  Are bands struck across the board?

Gotdam, so glad to have CFB back but this is going to be so eerie without crowds.

I think they likelihood of each Big 12 team losing September 12 goes...

1.) Kansas

2.) TCU

3.) Baylor

4.) Kansas State

5.) Iowa State

The only reason I included ISU on there was out of respect for what Louisiana does, but I would imagine Purdy and crew will pull away in the 2nd half. A Paul Rhoads' ISU team would lose to them by 10 though.
