Picky Eater Test

Yes to all of those and a baked Brie especially is amazing. Strong cheeses are one of the few things that I can understand people not going for, especially if they didn’t grow up with it in their culture. Over ten years back I read an article where Chinese chefs tried cheeses and Western chefs tried a lot of strong fermented vegetables and the Chinese chefs kept coming back to the cheese not having a “clean” flavor, it coated your mouth and wouldn’t go away.  I got perspective even though I love cheese.  And unwrapping a taleggio can win you enemies.  This is the king of stinky cheeses and I love it but have to fight through the smell.

What about fresh goat cheese? I understand some people have a mild allergy which makes it taste disgusting.

I’ll take “Fruits that smell” for $1000 Alex.

What is Durian.

Open that bad boy up and you will clear a modest size building with the smell. But oh so so good to eat.
