That's going to be a potent offense. Henry, Brown, Jones and Tannehill. I remember the days when you wouldn't want anything besides a Titans RB in fantasy football, how the times have changed in recent years. Interesting tidbit here as well :

Last 24 starts:

Tannehill:
Passer rating: 110.9
Yards: 5,912
TD's: 61
Int's: 11
Completion %: 66.6

Mahomes:
Passer rating: 105.2
Yards: 6,940
TD's: 57
Int's: 11
Completion %: 66.2

The aggy was a joke under that goof Gase, but something clicked when he became a Titan. Besides yardage the numbers are nearly identical.

The huge difference between the 2 of them is that Tannehill feeds of his run game. When the run game is not there, that offense becomes takes a big step back. See the playoff game against the Ravens this year. Or the KC playoff game the year before. Mahomes puts the team on his back and wins. Tannehill hardly does this. This is why stats can be misleading about the full picture. Tannehill is not even close to being as impactful as Mahomes.

The NFL: "We're not saying you have to get vaccinated, but we're not not saying it either."

It's a personal decision...... to voluntarily isolate myself from coaches and teammates the entire year.

Nice. I remember him from Hard Knocks a few years back. Takes balls.

Ha, he was the guy explaining compound interest and blowing everyone's mind.

Good for him, will be interesting to see what happens from here. I haven't seen any statements from coaches or teammates yet.

With the Lightning winning the Stanley Cup last night I thought it was interesting that every city Tom Brady lives since he was a kid seems to win lots of championships (not just the teams he QB's for).  Seems like a unusual stat and not that common if you ask me.

Sounds like he’s been fucked for awhile.

In February, King County prosecutors and the sheriff obtained an "extreme risk protection order'' for Sherman, which barred him from having guns after a judge determined he posed a danger to himself or others. Details of the case were sealed, and it was not immediately clear if any weapons had been seized from him.

Ashley Sherman told police her husband had been on antidepressants and was receiving mental health counseling.

Beasley could have saved a lot of time by just stating he's braindead. First, he clearly is anti vax, just own up to it. Second, he seems to think the NFL isnt properly educating  players and withholding information. even if true, its not like the NFL holds all covid info and noone else knows anything. Its literally the most discussed topic on the planet for the last f'n year and a half. If you want to know something read or ask questions of the many knowledgable sources outside of the NFL.

Kellen Mond diagnosed with COVID. He wasn't vaccinated nor were Cousins or Nate Stanley so the Vikings will be without a QB starting training camp. What's even more stupid about this is Cousins visited a hospital last month and visited patients according to his instagram (https://www.instagram.com/p/CQSJEbGBT0u/). The stupidity of all this is mind boggling. I understand NFL player's were never supposed to be the brightest bulbs but I'd think QB's would at least have some semblance of intelligence.

Good for Philly, possibly good for Sam, not so great for Indy.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Carson Wentz will undergo surgery Monday on his injured left foot and be sidelined approximately five to 12 weeks, coach Frank Reich said.

Reich said it's an old injury, possibly from high school, and a broken bone came loose in Wentz's foot. Wentz felt a "twinge in his foot" when he rolled out and planted to throw late in Thursday's practice, offensive coordinator Marcus Brady said Friday.

The Colts met with multiple doctors to see what the best recovery process was. All the parties involved agreed surgery was the way to go to remove the bone out of the fifth metatarsal of Wentz's foot and ensure the injury didn't return.

"I think it was a gut punch for him for about two hours," Reich said.

Reich said the reason for the wide recovery timetable is because players recover at different ranges. The team will possibly have a better understanding on Wentz's return once he starts the rehabilitation process between the two to four week range. The first two weeks after the surgery will be mainly rest.

"Knowing Carson, I'm optimistic," Reich said. "Knowing this is the type of injury you don't have to be pain-free to play in. You have to get to an acceptable level of tolerating pain and then you can start playing. That could happen early."

Dr. David Porter, an orthopedic foot specialist who works with the Colts, will be performing the surgery Monday in Indianapolis, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Colts gave up a third-round pick in this year's draft and a conditional second-round pick (which could become a first-rounder if Wentz either plays at least 75% of the Colts' offensive snaps or plays 70% of the snaps and the Colts reach the playoffs) in the 2022 draft to get Wentz.

Wentz was benched in favor of Jalen Hurts with the Eagles last season after being sacked 50 times and throwing 15 interceptions in 12 games.

Injuries have been part of Wentz's first five years in the NFL. He suffered a season-ending torn ACL late in the 2017 season. He has played a full season just twice in his career.

The schedule doesn't do the Colts in any favors. The Colts' first five games of the regular season are against teams -- the Seahawks, Rams, Titans, Dolphins and Ravens -- that went a combined 54-26 last season, with four of them making the playoffs.

The Colts, despite knowing Wentz's injury history, lack experience at quarterback. Jacob Eason, Sam Ehlinger, Jalen Morton and Brett Hundley, whom the Colts signed Saturday, are the other quarterbacks on the roster. Hundley is the only one of the four who has attempted an NFL pass.

The Minnesota Vikings released cornerback Jeff Gladney on Tuesday after he was indicted by a Texas grand jury on a charge of felony assault against a woman he was previously in a relationship with.

"Following our review of today's indictment against Jeff Gladney, we have decided to release Jeff immediately. As we have previously said, we take these matters very seriously and condemn all forms of domestic violence. Due to the ongoing legal nature of this matter, we are unable to provide further comment," the team said in a statement.

Gladney, 24, who was a first-round draft pick last year out of TCU, started 15 games for the Vikings as a rookie. He had not been around the team since his arrest in April in Dallas.

He is charged with domestic violence by impeding breathing, for "intentionally, knowingly and recklessly" causing bodily injury and applying pressure to the woman's neck and throat, according to the indictment. The altercation grew out of an argument and took place over a span of more than two hours, according to a lawsuit recently filed against Gladney by the former girlfriend. She also alleged in the suit that he tried to bribe her and intimidate her into keeping quiet.

No court date has been scheduled yet. If he is convicted, the cornerback could serve up to 10 years in prison.

Earlier Tuesday, Vikings owner and president Mark Wilf called the allegations against Gladney "very disturbing and something that's concerning to us as ownership and to our organization."
