Silk Road

Is Jason Clarke legally required to be shown drowning/waterboarding someone in every movie he's in?

This looks good, little too geeked up on law enforcement side, but great cast and looks (admittedly from only the trailer) to be true to the story.  Hard to believe this kid did most of this from just a few miles from where I type this in South Austin.

The most important thing to remember is that after law enforcement took him down, sales of drugs over the internet stopped overnight.  ;)

This young man should be running the NSA instead of rotting in a cell.

there’s evidence to the contrary.

Not a lot of it.  They found a server in Iceland called Frosty related to Silk Road and one post on some forum when he used the name frosty which was originally registered to a ulbrict email before it changed. That sort of thing. And only about 2 or 3 things like that total in several years of Silk Road. It took multiple agencies digging through that stuff to find him. That would be quite an overlooking by about 50 agents of different entities to miss this.
