dfw growing faster than houston by .01%, or about 93000 people.  austin, san antonio, and orlando are all faster growing by percent.  kinda interesting how dfw, houston, and san antonio are all within spitting distance in % growth. 

 

edit: apparently wikipedia had not been updated and the reason for % growth being damn near the same in all 3 big texas metros was math and assumptions.

this is  why Texas gop is scared shitless. If they can’t suppress the vote in the top 15 counties, they’re done

actual numbers:

dallas fastest growing metro in absolute terms, followed by NY and houston (all over 1.2 million).  austin fastest growing % in the top 30 (at 33%!), followed by orlando at 25% and then houston, dallas, and san antonio all around 20%
