Kansas has left so many points on the floor --

7 points - OOB by Pooka at the closing of the first half. Long TD negated.

3 points - on a 37 yard attempt

1 point on a blocked xp

2 points - given to Texas on the xp return.

that's 13 points, could have been 61 points for Kansas.

He did not! He called us idoits. To be fair, he is smarter than us.

If you say so...

in all seriousness, i didn’t see any upside to firing Orlando midseason, since any interim option, like Naivar or Giles, wouldn’t be any better, but this defense has gotten insanely worse the last 4 weeks. Guys have no clue what’s happening and they’re literally opening themselves up to injury due to some of the shittiest coaching I’ve ever seen.

Fuck me. I’m an idoit. Orlando has to go.

Literally running their shoulders into defenders driving knees.

Final numbers for the defense: 570 yards, 48 points, and zero turnovers.

Carter-Stanley threw for 310 yards, four scores, and no turnovers.

Pooka ran for 190 yards and two TDs on 25 carries.

Pathetic.

At home. Against an OC in his first game that has never coached above the NAIA level.

CDC will force his hand

CDC’s been a great AD so far, but if he allows Herman to keep Orlando going into next season, then none of the other stuff he’s done matters.

In his first year, Riley had the guts to fire Mike Stoops.

Nope. Try again.

I believe Orlando has performed poorly enough to lose his job, but with whom would we replace at this point of the season? Is there an assistant or analyst who would be an upgrade?

Unprejudiced question as I really don't know the answer.

It’s not who is a better DC at this point, but having a DC who will actually simplify the defense by just playing man with one or two safety high and allowing the defense to react instead of thinking about Laplace transformations and zone blitzes would make a huge difference. The obvious examples are Robinson post Diaz and OU last year post Stoops.
