The majority of voters have voted Democratic in every presidential election except one in the last 33 years, so . . .

That is untrue.  Bill never hit 50%.  Neither did Hillary.  Neither did Gore. A correct statement would be a plurality of voters have voted Democratic in every presidential election except one in the last 33 years.

Democrats did win a majority in 2008, 2012, and 2020.  So 3 out of the last 7.

lol ok. in the pool of r vs d (which is how the felon voting question was posed), the dems outgained the gop in 7/8. yes, it was a plurality in several cases.

you are awarded 10 internet points which equates to one popular vote win since 1988 and approximately zero in the future.

the electoral college and crooked local govt officials are the literal lifeline for the gop moving forward. which explains a lot.

This is why I hope the Hispanic immigrants get everything they can before the D’s figure out they aren’t the windfall they’re expecting. Immigration going to tighten up quick at that point.

Majority is the greater number.   It can also be defined politically in the US as having the greater number than all other candidates combined,  or it could be defined as the party the receives the greater number of votes (UK) than the next rank.

So it is true.  You are just trying to spin it to one of the subordinate definitions knowing exactly what he intended to say.   In a political discussion this would be fair, but an honest man would be prudent and point out his layman's use of the term makes him also correct (since most of us are not politicians that is fair on his behalf).

Once again, you flail around trying to act smart, but just come across as a jackass and you only acknowledge a partial truth.  How consistent of you.

I'm a serious person, and it may or may not be true, but I don't find this to be at all obvious. Do you have some authority?

I was curious about it too, and I managed to find this Marshall Project survey from 2020. I won't have the opportunity to read the article in depth until this evening, but at a quick glance it appears to fall about how one would expect if you were surveying non-incarcerated voters:

Quote

Just like the country, respondents were divided. Forty-five percent of white respondents said they’d support Trump for president, with white men showing the strongest support. That undermines conventional wisdom: Conservative media and politicians often regard incarcerated people as potential Democrats, citing research into the voting habits of formerly incarcerated people. About 30 percent of white respondents chose a Democratic candidate, while 25 percent said they would not vote or did not know which candidate to back.

For people of color, no single candidate prevailed, but 20 percent of black respondents chose Biden as their top choice, with Sanders coming in second at 16 percent. Almost a third of respondents of color said that they didn’t know who they would vote for, or they wouldn’t vote at all. The survey was distributed in December, before several candidates dropped out.

ow, before the soft serves/simps start crying about that one person/organization they supposedly know..as I specifically said in the original bloodsucker thread(@hugostiglitz.), BLM(Patrice and Hugo) don’t give a damn about black lives. Unless there is money involved. #politics #politics #followthemoney

Yeah, yeah, we all know someone who has been working their ass off to solve the problem. But those folks/organizations never get the money/attention that the thieves do. And that is the problem. The organization that got all the money, attention and political influence never gave two fucks about black lives. It was all about politics and money. But that's what the people wanted. Easy, soft serve ice cream shit. Not actual problem solving.

Hey, it has worked for the Red Cross for 140 years.

what the fuck does video editing have to do with voter registration records keeping?

Is it really that hard? I mean is it? Gotta be the guy do you?

We have facial recognition software that can track all points of your face, live, and modify it to appear like someone else's face, live. This software is so advanced that even the porn industry can afford to use a lesser version of it to deep fake your favorite actress onto someone's body, also live, so your imagination of what she might look like getting railed can come true. Yet we cannot create software that might recognize someone's face and keep track of their current information for the purpose of voting? A quick scan to verify its you. Your info pops up. Now you can vote for whoever you want. No dead people voting. No person voting for someone else. No people voting multiple times. Our tax system is the same convoluted mess. Other countries have a much better system. Our refusal to update it has nothing to do with the inability and is more about the gains. Voter suppression and not giving people their money back.

Thread title is misleading.

Actually, things are going great for these grifters and their political masters.

They grifted millions of dollars, political impact and social influence from soft serves and simps. They will never be held accountable for the thievery. So things are great for Patrice and Hugo.

Both of those bitches will be back in 2022/2024 to make more money and scare more simps/soft serves.

Now, before the soft serves/simps start crying about that one person/organization they supposedly know..as I specifically said in the original bloodsucker thread(@hugostiglitz.), BLM(Patrice and Hugo) don’t give a damn about black lives. Meanwhile 3 young men are dead this year that I mentored or knew. None of you front-running political chickenshits will say their names, march for justice or give a fuck. Because their deaths don’t fit your bullshit politics.

There are always going to be grifters as long as there is money involved. How does that invalidate the movement of people suggesting Black Lives Mater as well? Does that somehow make that untrue? There are thousands of grifters in our political system, does that mean we should throwaway our democracy? No. The movement is about Black People struggling to survive run-ins with the people sworn to protect them. Meanwhile a few weeks ago a guy can write 14 and the N-word on the end of his gun, murder 10 people with an assault rifle while live streaming it, and somehow not only not get shot by law enforcement, but be damn given a cup o joe while be softly handled and nicely tucked in the back of the car. Had that guy shot and killed 10 cops how would that have ended?

Emperor Palpatine is encouraging you to keep going right about now.

I didn't know where to put this, but it's infuriating.  All these people going on about how BLM is overreaction and such.  In the meantime this shit is happening all over the state on local levels.  They gerrymandering has been in play at all levels, and not only just for blacks.

https://www.texastribune.org/2022/05/20/galveston-redistricting-black-voters/

It's a long read and I am not going to post all of it.  It's not paywalled.
