there's like literally 1000s of motorcycles in a caravan, complete with a massive police escort in front, plus cops blocking exits, etc... coming up I35 right now.

i mean it's at least two miles long...traffic is blocked behind it for miles...

what on earth?? Google is failing me but I don't really know what to search for. it was pretty impressive. of course I'm on the southbound side lol.

anybody know what this is?

i hate bikers.

There are a larger number than usual riding around my small town this weekend. Last night they were parked outside a bar with their harley's sticking out into a lane of traffic, blocking one of two lanes, causing people in the right lane (like me) to have to merge into the left lane, which caused a bottle neck of traffic.

I really really wanted to go snowman on their asses:

I rode for about 15 years and really enjoyed it, went to ROT every year and had a circle of friends to ride to Bluebonnet Cafe or whatever with.  Stopped when we had kids…just too many friends getting hurt and it was time to put it down.

One dude in our group was much more enthusiastic about it…we had talked about making an informal ‘riding group’ with a patch, but he wanted a full on ‘riding club’ with patch AND rockers.  Turns out that’s a much more ‘regulated’ endeavor, essentially getting Bandido approval along with joining the ‘Council of Clubs’ (which they skim funds from)…it was too much bullshit for us.

He was almost to Waco when that shootout happened.  Last time I saw him in person was at ROT, when he rolled by our group to say congrats on the new baby.  My wife was walking over to join us when his wife stopped her and said ‘let’s let the men finish talking first’.

A huge portion of those dudes take themselves way too seriously…especially considering many can’t ride for shit, especially in groups, and would drift into my space while dicking with their radio / cruise control / laces hung up on shift peg / cigarette / etc.   I can’t imagine wtf that crowd was like when given a police escort to feel special for a day.

On a side note…no one rides like biker cops.  Those guys are (for obvious reasons), incredibly impressive.

I've heard the arguments that straight pipes are safer, but IDGAF, they should be illegal.  The GF and I were enjoying a beautiful brunch at patio cafe last weekend.  2 story buildings on both sides of the narrow street.

Some cunt on a harley cruises past and revs his fucking engine so loud everybody eating outside jumped out of their skin.  Fucking cunt just ruined everybody's morning so he could go "haha" and maybe get a little blood pumping into his sad little cock.

This is not an infrequent occurrence.

Fucking losers.

I took the MSF course with my daughter a few years ago, this guy was our instructor:

He spent half the class bragging on his brother though (of course he took all the credit for teaching little brother how to ride):
