They were talking about it on telemundo but clip doesnt say world cup....says these 2 teams battle to see who is best in the world

1) THE SIMPSONS:  It's probably like the "Super Bowl". They can't actually say "World Cup", so they say "Best in the World".

For the Super Bowl, all of the ads from companies that aren't corporate sponsors talk about "The Big Game".

2) Messi has wanted to be "The #10" since ~2010 or 2011 so that he can show that he is as good or better than Maradona. But Messi is a system player and needs system teammates who create space for him to run into. This doesn't work when he plays the #10.

Having a player like Pastore play the #10 with Messi playing his #11/#7 hybrid role is optimal, but that basically hasn't happened since sometime in 2007-ish.

Higuain, Messi, Aguero, Biglia, Mascherano, Di Maria, Enzo Perez, Caballero, and maybe one to five more will be gone and in their place you will see Lautaro Martinez, Icardi, Gio Simeone, Kranevitter, Ascacibar, and maybe a few others.

3) The Future: The new squad will press high like a swarm of bees and the front 4 or 5 will interchange various positions. It will be a more exciting team to watch and should produce more goals.

Even in 2014, Argentina won every game by 1 goal, including three 1-0 wins, and then tied The Netherlands 0-0, only to advance by winning a shootout before not scoring again in the final. They scored 2 goals in 420 minutes during the knockout rounds. That's an average of 0.43 goals/90 minutes. That's not very good.

Messi was almost non-existent in that game. It's almost like what good is Messi without several Iniesta's around him to play Messi-ball with. It's almost like they should put the guy in midfield just so that he can get some touches and influence the game. He had very, very few chances vs Croatia.
