Basically what it sais (rough translation/ summary):

There are 2 questionnaires

In one (from December 2009) Ronaldo answers that he did have consensual sex with her

In the second one (from September 2009) which was send from a lawyer of Osório de Castro's chancellery to Osório and his colleagues, Ronaldo answers the question if she did scream or got loud during sex as followed: "She said stop or no several times. She said that she doesn't want to, but she has made herself available. Afterwards I apologized. But she never screamed."

Edit: Now, the media lawyer of Ronaldo publicly declared that a "takeover of the publication" is unlawful.

So they most likely don't want the story to spread in other magazines or online...

The complete translation of the first proposition:

Quote

"Addressing the issue whether Ms. C ever raised her voice, screamed or shouted, X answers in the writ: "She said 'no' and 'stop' several times.

She had lain on her side. "I penetrated her from behind. In brutal fashion. We didn't change the position. 5 to 7 minutes. She said that she doesn't want to, but she made herself available." And further: "But she kept saying 'no'. 'Don't do this.' 'I'm not like the others.' Afterwards I apologized." But she didn't scream or call for somebody.

Sounds more like she didn't like the way CR7 fucked her, which puts her in good company with several opposing football clubs and coaches. But apparently it wasn't bad enough for her to get up, switch positions or leave. After all it was her who voluntarily laid on a stranger's bed inside his hotel room in the middle of the night, naked, offering her cooter.

As far as Ronaldo's lawyers' accusations against "Der Spiegel" are concerned, Verdachtsberichterstattung (reporting based on suspicion) has been deemed unethical by Deutscher Presserat (German Press Council). Several publications have been fined for transgressions in that regard in the past.
