COOKE COUNTY, Tex. (KXII) - A Texas man is charged with several felonies in both Oklahoma and Texas after leading officers on a chase through three Texoma counties Friday afternoon.

Video taken on Friday near Thackerville, OK shows the side by side ATV driving south in the northbound lanes on I-35, dodging semi-trucks in the rain.

Capt. Keith Ingle of the Ardmore Police Department said around 4 p.m. A & A equipment in Ardmore was putting away its equipment for the day when 47-year-old Jeffrey Elmore stole a Polaris four-seat side by side, valued around $20,000.

While officers were taking the report, they got a tip from someone who saw a side by side near the interstate.

"We had officers in the area looking," Ingle said. "We were able to get behind and attempt to make a stop on it. He just looked back at them and went as fast as he could go to try to get away."

Ardmore police chased the side by side to the Carter County line where Love County sheriff's deputies took over the pursuit.

Speeds reached about 70 miles an hour.

"That's as fast as that particular unit will go," Ingle said. "So he had it going as fast as it would go, trying to get away."

When the chase crossed the Red River Bridge into Texas, a Cooke County deputy deployed stop sticks on the northbound service road near FM 1202.

Elmore turned west on Corporate Drive and drove through a field into a tree line where he was arrested.

Elmore faces charges of evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Texas as well as grand larceny and eluding in Oklahoma.

He is being held in the Cooke County Justice Center on a $20,000 bond.

Walrus sinks Russian Navy boat in the Arctic Ocean

London & Moscow (CNN)A walrus attacked and sunk a Russian Navy landing boat in the Arctic Ocean last week, with no one hurt in the incident.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the female animal was protecting its calves when it targeted the craft carrying researchers to the shore of Cape Geller in the Arctic.
Those on board were members of a joint expedition by the Northern Fleet -- Russia's naval fleet in the Arctic -- and the Russian Geographical Society (RGO).
The ministry said: "Serious troubles were avoided thanks to the clear and well-coordinated actions of the Northern Fleet servicemen, who were able to take the boat away from the animals without harming them."
The RGO explained in a statement that the boat had "sunk" but confirmed that everyone had reached shore safely.

Man chugs 7 beers for courage to surrender to jail, Texas cops say. He wasn’t wanted.

hal_fitted%20(1).jpeg

A man who was nervous about turning himself in to the cops decided to drink seven Budweiser beers before heading to a Texas jail, police said.

The plan didn’t end well — and it all could’ve been avoided.

Billy Bob Hall walked into the lobby of the Parker County Jail in Weatherford about 7 p.m. Monday and told someone he was wanted by the cops, according to a police report. Hall thought he’d missed a parole check-in about two weeks earlier.

A sheriff’s deputy met with Hall, who mentioned that he was drunk, police said. The deputy said he smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Hall’s breath, too.

“Hall advised he had to drink to build up the courage to turn himself in,” according to the report.

However, when the sheriff’s office checked its computer, records showed that Hall wasn’t actually wanted on any warrants.

But that didn’t mean he’d go free.

The sheriff’s office arrested Hall at the jail, and he was charged with public intoxication, according to the report.

A skydiver collided with a semi-truck in a fatal jump. The parachuting company has a tragic history.

As seven skydivers jumped out of a plane Thursday afternoon and began to fall back toward the ground in Northern California, a gust of air seized control of a 28-year-old woman’s parachute.

She struggled, witnesses said, as the wind carried her away from the Skydive Lodi Parachute Center’s safe landing zone, careening toward the flow of traffic on California Highway 99 in Acampo, Calif., about 90 miles northeast of San Francisco. The woman, whom authorities did not identify but said was from Colombia, pushed against the wind until she slammed into a big rig driving down the highway. Her body kept moving until she crashed against the road’s shoulder, officials with the California Highway Patrol said.

First responders declared her dead at the scene, KCRA reported.

“The way the person was struggling, just struggling against the wind and their body was just moving really, really fast,” Lisa Reyes, whose father and brother watched the collision happen in front of them on the freeway, told KCRA. “They’re really traumatized by what they saw right now.”

Body of woman found in portable toilet that caught fire, exploded

Guess the state...

Quote

A body of a woman was discovered inside a portable toilet that caught fire and exploded early Saturday at a construction site in north Florida, according to officials.

The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook that authorities responded to the home on North Horseshoe Road in St. Augustine on a report of a porta-potty fire, and discovered human remains inside.

"Regarding today’s discovery of human remains contained within a portable toilet, detectives believe the decedent is a white female," the sheriff's office said. "At this time, we have not received any missing persons reports that may coincide with this incident."

Neighbors told WFOX they heard a loud explosion around 7 a.m., then saw the portable toilet on fire in front of a home under construction in the neighborhood.

"I just was sitting, watching TV and heard a loud explosion," one neighbor told WFOX.

St. Johns County Sheriff's Office spokesman Chuck Mulligan told the Florida Times-Union the victim was too badly burned for immediate identification, and an autopsy is scheduled for Monday at the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Mulligan told the newspaper detectives are exploring several scenarios, including that it could have been a medical issue, drug-related, suicide, or "something more nefarious."

"In my 32 years in law enforcement, I’ve never seen one of these before,” Mulligan told the Times-Union.

A distance runner has been killed by lightning as he was about to cross the finish line for a 50 kilometer (31.07 mile) race in southeast Kansas.

Thomas Stanley, 33, of Andover, was less than a quarter mile (0.4 kilometer) from finishing the FlatRock trail race at the Elk City State Park when he was struck around 2:15 Saturday, said race director Carolyn Robinson.

She said the day started off hot and sunny before a small storm hit the area about 150 miles (240 kilometers) southwest of Kansas City, Missouri, "without warning." Robinson said Stanley was struck "the moment the storm blew in." While some racers, including a doctor, attempted CPR, others in the crowd jumped in their vehicles and drove to a straight stretch of road that leads to the finish line, so other runners could get inside and out of the storm, she said.

Race organizers said in a Facebook post that Stanley was included as a finisher in the final results because, although he didn't cross the finish line, he completed the full distance. The results show he came in 11th out of 104 competitors.

Stanley was described as a "running evangelist" who had previously run at least two other much longer, 100-mile events.

A running evangelist, huh? Appears God wanted a word with you.

If he didn’t cross the finish line how did he run the complete distance? Did he get lost and go out of his way? What about those runners who got in people’s cars to get out of the storm, were they disqualified for riding on a car part of the way. I left with all kinds of questions about this.

He wasn't across the finish line when the lightning hit him, but maybe part of him was over the line after it hit him.

Pornographic video plays on I-75 billboard in Auburn Hills, police searching for suspects

Auburn Hills police are looking for the two men who played a pornographic video on an electronic billboard at the I-75 and M-59 interchange Saturday night.

Auburn Hills Police Department started receiving calls about the graphic images at about 11 p.m., sent officers to the scene and contacted the billboard operator, Canadian-based Triple Properties, to shut down the screen.

In an update Monday evening, the department shared a security video of the two suspects, who appear to be young white men with faces partially obscured by glasses and hoodies.

According to the department, at about 10:49 p.m. Saturday, the two broke into the shed under the billboard that houses billboard content controls. The suspects, who were in the building for about 15 minutes, accessed the computer in the shed, allowing them to display the video on the billboard.

"I've never seen or heard of anything like this," said Auburn Hills Police Lt. Ryan Gagnon.

Gagnon said the vulgar videos played for 15-20 minutes. Multiple videos of the incident began circulating on social media overnight.

No one was injured, but someone did get rearended.

North Carolina teenager who posted a threat on his Instagram page to “shoot up” a movie theater has been arrested on a felony cyberstalking charge, police report. Nikolai James Dixon Jr., 16, was arrested Friday after “local citizens and the media” apprised cops of the post, which warned of an October 8 shooting at an AMC theater in Wilmington (where “Joker” is playing on four screens). The author of the post, which appeared on the “cheezeclazone” Instagram page, wrote “My name is Nikolai Dixon” and included the name of the Wilmington high school Dixon attends. In announcing Dixon’s arrest, police noted that the teenager did not “have the means to carry out any threat.” After being booked into the New Hanover County jail, Dixon was released on a $2500 unsecured bond. Along with a redacted copy of the posted threat, cops also released a photo of Dixon from his 144-follower Instagram page (which is now private). Seen above, the image shows Dixon wearing an Infinity Gauntlet and a box of Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Goldfish crackers.

A man had tweezers measuring 3.1inches (8cm) removed from his urethra four years after they got stuck inside.

The 22-year-old, who has not been identified, claimed he had not suffered from any pain since he inserted them himself.

Doctors found the tweezers lodged at least 2.7inches (7cm) up from the end of the penis - but they did not explain why he had put them there.

Removing the tweezers posed a challenge owing to their sharp open ends, which could have destroyed the urethra while being pulled out.

But the doctors were able to squeeze the tweezers shut by applying pressure either side of the penis to keep them closed.

Items previously found in the urethra in the past 'defy imagination', the doctors wrote, but this is only the second time tweezers or forceps  have been reported.

The most common reason men do this is for sexual gratification, especially during masturbation. The fetish is known as 'sounding'.

Doctors, led by Dr Mohamed Abouelazayem at Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, reported the tale in Urology Case Reports.

They said the man visited a clinic in Saudi Arabia 'with history of inserting a metal foreign body into his urethra four years ago'.

It is not clear why the object was inserted, but is usually due to a psychiatric issue, being drunk or sexually curious, the doctors said.

They added patients with this problem normally delay seeking medical help due to embarrassment or guilt.

He had never suffered any problems with urinating, had a fever or chills or any other symptoms, and tests revealed he was physically fine.

After an X-ray, the man was taken into surgery where, under general anaesthetic, doctors were able to dig deeper to investigate the tweezers' position.

The found the closed end of the tweezers was embedded in the bulbous urethra, near the top.

To wiggle the tweezers out, a surgeon needed to apply pressure either side of the penis to 'close' the tweezers.

Then the surgeons' own forceps were used to pull the tweezers out through the urethra.

The doctors wrote: 'At the end of the procedure, no urethral catheter was inserted, the patient voided well and went home post procedure.

'The patient was recommended to undergo a psychiatric evaluation but he refused. The patient did not follow up with the outpatient department.'

Inserting an object into the urethra is rare, Dr Abouelazayem and colleagues wrote.

However, Richard Viney, a urological surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, said he has seen plenty of foreign bodies stuck in the urethra during his career.

He told MailOnline: 'Almost all of them have been inserted for sexual gratification. Instrumentation of the urethra is called sounding.

'I understand that it can be quite a pleasant experience once you get used to it but it is not something I would recommend due to the risk of injury, infection and subsequent stricturing (narrowing) of the urethra.

'Among the things I’ve seen was some telephone cable that knotted on itself in the bladder and couldn’t be pulled out. Bic pens are a regular favourite.'

Other objects reported in literature include fish hooks, metal roads, hairpins, screws, pellets, wires and wooden sticks.

Some of the even more bizarre choices include straws, toothbrushes, household batteries, marbles, vegetables, squirrel tail and a piece of fish.

“I wanted to apologize again for everything,” he wrote in a message, the affidavit states. “Can we please just be as happy as possible for [the bride] today? Mistakes are behind us and I just need total closure before I do this [that is] why I’m sending this. I’m as happy as ever to marry [the bride] and I know this is terrible as well but my d— was out in the shower. We never did do it but would you consider taking plan b to make damn certain just in case? There is almost no chance but still. Please tell me yes I’m begging you.”

Carney was charged last week with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person, simple assault and indecent assault.

I'm guessing the wife must be a real winner as well, as she decided to go ahead and get married anyways. Rhythmic slapping in the shower should be the state song.

Family Of Man Who Died After Injecting Testicles With Silicone Suing His ‘Master’

silicone_death_-_tankhafertepen.com_-828

Quote

It’s claimed Tank Hafertepen wasforced to make his testicles the size of basketballs while he was a submissive in a BDSM group in Seattle, United States.

Tank changed his name from Jack Chapman at the request of his ‘master’, Dylan Hafertepen, who also ordered him to use steroids to put on weight. The 29-year-old also took on Dylan’s surname to pledge his devotion to his ‘master’.

Dylan’s followers or submissives were known as his ‘pups’. They would cater to their master’s needs by performing submissive acts to win Haftertepen’s affection, and one of the group leader’s requirements was for his followers to have engorged scrotums.

Chapman died in September 2018 after injecting the liquid in an attempt to meet Haftertepen’s requirements.
