i was at dinner during fiers' first no-hitter, but it wasn't on tv there.  because of weirdo fox/dodgers relations, i had to go across the street to find a random bar that had it to watch the last couple innings.  in la.

updated for accuracy.

mlbn with the most ridiculous graphics award.

they showed the "most no-hitters since 1980" and it had nolan with 3 and a bunch of guys (including fiers) with 2.

what the graphic didn't show is "most no-hitters using the same list before 1980".  that graphic would've had nolan with 4 and everyone else with zero.  nolan was 33 in 1980.  give me a fucking break.  2 no-hitters is plenty awesome in a career without having that graphic on your tv screen.

No one other than Nolan Ryan had a no-hitter before 1980?
