The T2000 looking obsolete.

Tim Miller of Deadpool fame is directing.  James Cameron is producing and helped foster the story.  Where's fucking MIchael Biehn?  Why doesn't that guy get some work in this?

there are times that girl looks like absolute smoke...

Really? She kind of always looks like a dude to me.

I mean she's pretty when she dolls up but I would never use "absolute smoke" to describe her.

Very specific look.  Shitty hair so you have to like the tom boy look....

This is more normal.

You guys are justifiably jaded by T3, Salvation, and Genisys.  This one is going to kick ass.  I'm calling it now.

I only wish they'd go back to the spirit of the first Terminator and not T2.  Terminator was a great, simple sci-fi horror flick.  It was basically "It Follows" with a future cyborg instead of a STD demon.

I thought Salvation was the best of the post-T2 flicks. I’ll go into this with low expectations and hope to be pleasantly surprised. Terminator is too nostalgic for me to skip, and seeing Linda and Arnold together again might be cool.

And you just have to ignore time travel plot holes with time travel movies, much less six of them set in the same universe.

In the original canon Reese was born six years after the war began.  So, yes, he died in T1 but he hasn't been born yet

But what happens if he was born on Feb 29 on a ship crossing the international date line?

Was on the fence until the stupid CGI airplane scene.  Terminator movies need to be on the ground, bloody and bruised.

I hate the liquid terminators because they suffer from the Superman problem of being too invincible. It's boring.  Also, the stupidity of not taking advantage of the liquid capabilities and changing their human disguise is mind bottling.

Same. T2 had about the right amount of CGI-y stuff. Most exciting scenes were generally real life. Hallway at mental hospital, car chase, shootout at the lab.

If T3 is on, I usually watch it for some reason. Idk why. Terminator is hot.
