Voter Suppression

FUCK YOU KEMP. This country's DoJ said that FOREIGN AGENTS tried to infiltrate several state's voting systems, we know Georgia was one of those. Outside of a basic fucking security patch, YOU DID NOTHING ELSE TO STOP THIS. Now you are actually claiming the Georgia Democratic party is literally doing what we know agents who only tried to help Trump did? Eat the corn out of my shit and rot your fucking life in prison you racist piece of shit.

This may be the more eloquent version of the above. Well done.

From the article:

Quote

A federal court, seeing that this law could disenfranchise up to 2,000 Native American voters, had blocked the requirement for use in the midterm elections, but the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit reversed. In reversing, the court said there was no proof yet that the law would actually disenfranchise Native American voters, who could potentially get residential street addresses assigned to them before the election. (The Supreme Court, over the dissents of Justices Ginsburg and Kagan, refused to intervene.)

Headline is a little, no A LOT misleading.  I Higher Court said no.

The GOP is the party of hate and fear and voter disfranchisement.    "Fake Patriots and Fake Christians!"  That should be the GOP Motto if there was any truth in advertising.

I'll take goofy liberal ideologues whose biggest sin is pushing fiscally non-workable projects, but who are willing to work within the Constitution framework, to the party of racist and homophobic hate mongers who unabashedly try to stifle legitimate citizen voting.  And you don't get fiscal responsibility with those  non-liberal assholes.  But with those liberal assholes you at least get non-deplorable human beings, even with some moon-mean unworkable ideas.    They want to do good things, even when they are a bridge too far.  The GOP is now just spewing various brands of hatred and spreading fear for the sole purpose of retaining power. For power's sake.  Or to hate on gays and browns and Mooslims and the people who want to take our jobs while raping the wommins and making them dance with Negroes.

Fuck them all in their black hearts. And fuck those too stupid to see it.

They aren't too stupid to see it.

They see it.

And they LIKE it.

Stop giving them any benefit of the doubt.  They see it, and not only are they fine with it, they SMILE when they think about it.  Quit putting a veneer on evil.  Quit giving it the benefit of the doubt. Call it what it is, and treat it like what it is.  No more soft-lighting.  Shine the full light of day on it, and call it out for the ugliness that it is.

It's downright disgusting how much old white people want a fascist leader to stamp out the non-whites.

When do you see someone get desperate, and start cheating and playing dirty?

When they're down by 3 scores and there's less than 5 minutes on the clock.  This is exactly what happens when an entitled, never-lost-before team finds itself facing a loss of power and control.

Is there an upside?  Sure, the very fact that we're facing this spasm of hatred and anger tells us that reality is what we think -- they are on the way out as being the ONLY power in town (note that I didn't say they'll lose it, just that they won't have it EXCLUSIVELY).

But there's a downside, too -- when an entitled team flips out and plays dirty, you can end up with a crapload of your team suffering career-ending injuries.  The damage done to the sport by their display of cowardice and dirty play will be incalculable.  In fact, if they play dirty enough, sane people will call for the sport to be ended altogether.

In short, these shitheads are on their way out.  But they've embarked on a strategy of "if we can't control it all, all the time, then we'll just fucking destroy the whole fucking thing," and they may well succeed.

I'm working the Voter Protection Hotline today here in Austin, and a ton of our calls are coming from Harris County.  We've got some big problems there.  It doesn't seem to be organized, but you've got asshole election judges who are intimidating Hispanics and basically refusing to let them vote.

Just tweeted this out to ABC13 and KRPC.

The one I just heard about was at Tanglewood Middle School.  The election judge was actively preventing Hispanics from voting.

We've dispatched a poll watcher there now, but that was at 4:30.  I'm sure it was going on all day.

Just helped a woman in Santa Fe who couldn't operate the voting machines and spoke only Spanish at a precinct that didn't have any Spanish-speaking poll workers.  So she's going to vote, and she wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
Feels good, man--feels good.
Every polling place should have a worker with Google translate on their phone.

She's still gonna win.  You'd have to have a video of her being gang banged by a bunch of black guys before the MAGA crowd bailed on her, and then maybe not all of them bail.

This isn’t even a negative for the MAGA crowd. They crowd would prefer to just explicitly bar blacks from voting. If anything just making it harder for HBCU students to vote is too subtle.

Who would've thunk that lesbian porn would bridge the divide between California, Texas, New York, Florida, Oklahoma, Utah, and Illinois?

Lesbian porn, it's what binds us together as a nation (except for those weirdo cartoon fetish and step-sister fucking states).

The optics of the house passing and pubs blocking in the Senate would be so much winning
Yep. Same for several other popular measures - gun control, weed, campaign finance... Just send them the bills and let the party of no try to explain why we're good as is.
