Online Books and deposits.

Looks like Bovada went the way of bitcoin only. The cc I have used to deposit there in the past is no longer accepted and redirects me to crypto. Sportsbook.ag previously went this way and prompted me to leave.

I'm not into cryptos and I have no desire to learn. I tried for the sake of trying to purchase some BTC and my bank account declined it as suspicious activity.

Any ideas? Can I still just deposit with a cc anywhere?

Disclaimer - long time sportsbook player, entertainment only, I dabble in $15-$25 parlays mostly with no illusion of making money and budget a few hundred dollars a year as throwaway entertainment gambling money because I enjoy it. I would like to continue to throw that money away without having to dabble in e-wallets and shit like that.

BetDSI worked last summer when I loaded it up to max bet Kansas football under 3 wins as many times as they'd let me.

Gambling newb - best place to place an NFL futures bet online?  I'd like to put some scratch on the Colts to win the AFCS and again as superbowl champs.

Here’s hoping you weren’t able to find a place.

I didn't, but I'd still put down at hundo on the colts to win the division at the new odds (*+500, iirc).  Superbowl is a bridge too far without Luck though :(

FYI. I moved to Mybookie this year and use my CC without any issues.

A...uh...friend of mine just deposited at betonline.ag with a cc.  Not the greatest book though, payouts are a bitch.

Far and away, the hybrid offshore book/local agent is the way to go. Basically, it works like this: A local guy buys a franchise from the offshore sportsbook. He takes on players, handles the paying and collection locally, and assumes the collections risk. In other words, he guarantees his players to the offshore. The models vary as to whether the agent's taking handle risk, or just acting as an agent for a percentage. You don't care about that, one way or the other. As a player, you get all the convenience of online play, plus the ease of settling up (i.e., getting your cash out of the book in the event you win), plus no cash upfront, and you pay/collect either at preset time intervals or at preset price points. It's all the benefits of an old fashioned country book, plus the added convenience of online play, 24-7. It's the nuts, man. They're hard to find, but ask around; maybe one of your friends who plays knows of such a deal and can get you vetted and included. They're damn sure worth the effort.

For someone worried about bitcoin, it’s easy to buy. Use the Cash app from Square.  Like Venmo.  Completely legit. Square handles many vendor credit card payments.

You buy bitcoin from Cash, and then transfer to your book like 5dimes.  Takes less than 10 minutes.

5dimes is far superior to the other books mentioned for the reduced juice,  but having multiple outs is always a good thing.

for deposits, bitcoin is the way to go.  cc stuff is always a hassle, with bitcoin deposits you get larger deposit bonuses at most books.
