The Supremes

Tennessee will soon strictly regulate the dispensing of abortion pills, including imposing harsh penalties on doctors who violate them, under legislation recently signed into law by Republican Gov. Bill Lee.

The measure, which Lee signed on Thursday, will go into effect Jan. 1, 2023. Once enacted, a medical clinician will be required to be physically present when abortion pills are administered to a patient even though federal regulations now allow mail delivery nationwide.

The world would be better off without people who think like you do.
Louisiana going after IVF. So literally my partner would not have been able to have her son because of this shit. Totes cool

Yep. The IVF question is not addressed nearly enough in this debate. About every person I encounter with a self proclaimed absolutist pro-life stance (no termination after conception) also says to have no issue with IVF. Once I explain how it actually works, their brains melt and the bizarre rationalizations begin.

Wasn’t that the basis for Dubya’s ban on stem cell research and his lies about how we already had enough stem cell lines that we didn’t need to harvest any new ones from unused embryos created in a laboratory?

Encourage them to read this book:

It’s still relevant.

What’s the end game? Forced white baby births? Full control over women / population? Theocracy? Little of all of the above?

Theocracy

American Taliban - Guns, Jesus, and Whites

Prayer in schools, women subservient to men, don’t question the government, no minorities mixing with whites

Critize others for unable to live with outcomes they don’t agree with while ignoring stare decisis to change the outcomes they don’t agree with

Yet, his wife is unwilling to live with outcomes she doesn't agree with.  And he's perfectly fine in going along with that.

greatly expanded TSA - all females will be asked why they’re traveling to an abortion legal state. Random pregnancy tests will be given.

You forgot to add that the harlots will be forced to pay for those randomized birth control tests.

Does Vegas have odds on which state will be the first to ban pregnancy tests?  Because that's going to happen.

Of course... fewer tests mean fewer pregnancies. Wasn't that the logic with COVID tests?

Before you believe all this nonsense you should research the elimination of the filibuster and the reason that happened. The Democrats were warned what would happen if they eliminated the filibuster for presidential nominees with the exception of SCOTUS. Harry Reid did it anyway, which lead to what we see today. So if you have a problem with states deciding abortion law, blame your own party. You set things in motion to make it happen. Congrats.

This decision will eventually result in abortion rights being codified on a federal level.

It will take time, but it will happen.

And I'm fine with that. Legislators have had 50 years to write law and clearly define it and they haven't done it. The states clearly have no problem doing it. If the Federal govt wants it regulated they need to make a law like everything else instead of having the courts interpret a 250 year old document.

They didn't need to.
