I met a coach that worked with/for Fisher for 18 years. We were having a great conversation, and I asked him about Jimbo. His jovial demeanor changed in a heartbeat...he said he was his right hand man all that time. Been there when his son was having all the health issues. Jimbo would walk over to his house when he was going through the divorce from Candi. He legit thought they were best friends. Then jimbo started getting lazy in recruiting, not working hard, basically running FSU into the ground. They all knew something was going on...jimbo called a staff meeting. Jimbo stood at the head of a conference table, this coach sitting to his immediate right. Jimbo never once looked at any of the staff, just stared at the table and told them he was taking the aggy job and leaving immediately, and that he'd be in touch in a couple days. He hasn't heard from him since... He minced no words in saying what a selfish piece of shit backstabber Fisher was..22 points

That pc was greatness. Overtly threatening Saban and Bama is an interesting choice, especially when you are provably guilty as fuck. Fisher is crazy enough and aggies are dumb enough to take info from Fisher and go start digging trying to show proof of Saban’s dirtiness. They just might succeed in alienating everyone in college athletics and wind up being forcibly thrown out on their ass from the SEC. They can’t help themselves. Bryce Anderson’s family didn’t take a dime during his recruitment. I will laugh my ass off if Fisher and the aggie PR team try to trot him, and the few other highly ranked guys that they didn’t actually pay, out in front of the cameras to attest to the aggie recruiting sanctity. Those parents all now know that other players’ handlers got paid. You think they want to look like chumps? Hell, Walter Nolan got $750k and that dumbfuck’s family is already trying to renegotiate their deal. This could wind up imploding gloriously. Denver Harris’ mom got $50k the first day he went to class. Evan Stewart wound up with half a million. Aggies would be well advised to shut the fuck up and hide in the shadows after all of that. But, no, they can’t help themselves. They NEED everyone to believe they were clean and above board when, absurdly, they know for fucking certain that they weren’t. Insane.19 points

This is funny because Jimbo admitted that he did not answer Saban's call last night... and by the standards set forth by Mr. Liucci, that would in fact make Jimbo the bitch-ass.18 points

He’s going to light shit up out there and make a lot of money doing it. Don’t kid yourself.17 points

I was walking next to him in the airport and shouting into my cellphone, "What's that, Coach Riley, you think Jordan Addison is gay and ugly and stupid? Well that's a terrible thing to say about Jordan Addison, Coach Riley of the USC Trojans! Both me and the rest of my friends who are Texas Longhorn fans think Jordan Addison is talented and destined for great things! I hope he never finds out you called him gay and said is mom was ugly, Coach Riley!" Fingers crossed.17 points

So, complete silence when people were protesting outside of Fauci's home? Or the election officials in various states? Or in Idaho, where an armed protest was held outside a health district meeting where the board members were voting on health guidelines, and later showed up at their homes, and the other group who camped in front of the Boise mayor's house with tiki torches and a noose tied to a pitchfork. If those are protected constitutional rights, then so are the protests outside of a SCOTUS judge.13 points

Why it’s happening is pretty straight forward. 1. Two Party Team Sport Politics. Even if my team is [insert horrific thing], I support my team. The Penn State Phenomenon. 2. Unfettered Propaganda (Fox News, Social Media). If lies can be spread without impunity. The loudest speaker wins 3. The American South’s propagation of a culture made up of racism, faux Christianity, and victimhood12 points

From the Abrams non-concession speech: The entire speech: https://qz.com/1468560/read-stacey-abrams-full-concession-speech/ Equating this with the Trump lies and post election activities is well, just another lie. It’s possible to argue against Stacy Abrams’ position without resorting to dishonesty, but that hasn’t happened here.11 points

The War on Women is going to be about as successful as the War on Drugs. Abortion isn't going anywhere, just like drugs didn't go anywhere. Both efforts just make the United States shittier and meaner than it has to be.11 points

I was at work Monday morning and two guys and a girl that looked like she was maybe 14 came in. They ordered quite a bit of food and the girl just had a blank look on her face. At the end of their meal I asked where they were from. They were from Ukraine. The two guys live down in different parts in Brooklyn. The reason the teenage girl was so quiet is that she had arrived from Mariupol less than 24 hours earlier. Loud noises scare her easily because of the PTSD from the repeated bombing of Mariupol. I could feel her sadness. I honestly wanted to cry because I cannot fathom what all she has seen the last three months and the years of work it will take in therapy to help her. I gave her some rugelach and gave her a fist bump to show that she is now among people who care for her well-being. She finally smiled when I did that. I wanted her to also know she is safe here. The guys said how thankful they are that America and other countries are helping their homeland. I told them how brave their fellow Ukrainians are for standing up to Russia. One of them plainly said “We have no choice if we want to survive as a country.” I told them that I am willing to help in any way I can even if it is just giving new arrivals someone to talk to as they settle into their new home. We have been given so much as a country and people. I feel that volunteering in some way is the least we can all do if it is possible to do so. If you ever question why we should be committed to helping Ukraine I would point towards that young girl as a reason why. Her and hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have seen horrors we will never have to witness. Do what you can wherever you are to help these folks out.11 points

I really think Williams fucking sucks. Don’t confuse the fact that he threw a couple of bullshit 20/80 balls up there that our shitty DB’s didn’t make a play on with him being actually good. Seriously, fuck that guy, he sucks. Other than rattler and whoever that fucking WR they had taking snaps, and maybe Bomar that’s like one of only 4 QB’s OU has played in the last quarter century that didn’t remotely scare me.10 points

The problem is that one side is correct about the other side and the other side wants a justification to wield the power of the state against the correct side.9 points

I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that, in Texas, ONLY 0.5% of all abortions occurred in the SECOND HALF of pregnancy in 2019. Nationally, that figure was 1.0%. Based on those facts, it seems your hypothetical of a non-medical emergency abortion in the last trimester is vanishingly rare. By contrast, 93.1% of Texas abortions occurred in the first trimester, compared to 92.7% nationally. https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/70/ss/ss7009a1.htm#T10_down9 points
