  1. That was from the camp where he ran with a pulled hamstring and Barton Simmons flipped out and dropped him from a high four star to a mid three.
  2. Oh shit. Then the scenario of both happening is even more likely. I hope the state likes lawsuits larger in size than its entire budget.
  3. Last poll has it at 52% for. Amendments need to get 55% to pass. What's funny is that Prop 74, which essentially would allow everyone effected by this to sue the state of Colorado is polling at 63% for. Both passing would create quite the shitstorm.
  4. Be interesting to see what happens with Prop 112. If it passes SRC, Extraction, HighPoint, PDC, and Bonanza Creek are all done for. It'll also be a huge pain in the ass for any of the more diversified companies that have significant CO assets.
  5. Theoretically it could be a different KaVontae Turpin? (lol)
  6. Sterns now has 4 int, tied for most in FBS.
  7. Can this be the new motto?
  8. Pretty sure he lost as a starter at aggy
  9. https://www.wsj.com/articles/energy-company-bonds-surge-on-rising-oil-prices-1538049600 I can't believe that CHK is going to get a credit upgrade.
  10. And that is why CME and ICE are launching Houston delivery futures.
  11. Well it doesn't exist anywhere, because it's fake.
  12. Mid/Cush basis differential has been shrinking since August, but it's still ridiculously high. Capacity is going to be real tight until late 2019/early 2020 when EPIC, BridgeTex, Cactus II, etc come online.
  13. If that happens, XOG, SRCI, PDCE, BCEI, and HPR are fucked.
  14. Turns out it was Matador. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-09-13/matador-revealed-as-mystery-buyer-of-record-permian-acreage-sale
  15. According to DI, the only operators to drill anything after 2015 in 26S 31E of Eddy Co are Conoco, Devon, EOG, and Mewbourne. Could be one of them.
  16. https://www.swn.com/investors/Press_Releases/2018/SWNPressRelease09042018a.pdf SWN finally sold its Fayetteville assets. They were on the market forever, but seems like they got a good price.
  17. Crude: -2.6 mmbbl Gasoline: -1.6 mmbbl Distillates: -800 mbbl
  18. Yeah, that's what I actually meant.
  19. Because there is a longer runway between EF production and capacity, and because even if limits are hit, it would be materially cheaper to ship a barrel by truck from the EF to Corpus or Houston than it would be from the Permian.
