Yeah, my take from the scene was Jon rode a dragon because Dany told her kids to be nice to the new guy she's dating. The writers had a different intention that apparently didn't come across properly. It's not a huge deal imo.
So I agree that this has not been shown or explained on the actual show, but on the inside the episode one of the D's specifically says only targs can ride dragons.
Priests are used as villains because the overall perception of religious people and priests is that they are good. A bad priest is more shocking than a bad lawyer.
There, now you can stop bitching.
Yeah, I did some reading last night and it looks like Jan '20 at the earliest. A clinic has already set up shop downtown advertising that they will be a quick $150 visit and they can start giving scripts in June or August I think. Exciting times.
Was in Denver for the weekend, the prices are so insane cheap now, about a fifth of what I pay in KC. We are getting medical dispensaries on the Missouri side in the next few months, but I'm not sure yet how difficult the med card is to get.
Going to try out moonrocks this weekend, interested to see how that goes.
Pretty cool thread.
My dad bought 100 acres in the Kansas flint hills about 15 years ago. He built a toy barn first, then a cabin overlooking a valley. The two of us did about 95% of the work (we are both in the construction industry). He is almost done with his "hotel" (guest cabin) now, but he wanted to do it 100% himself so I haven't done anything on that one. Next project is to extend the barn another 30' or 40' feet because he's accumulated too many toys and has to move them all out to use his wood shop.
I moved about 2 hours away and don't get out there much any more, but you can't pick a better spot to watch a sunset or a storm roll in than the porch of his cabin.
FYI, get shorty is on the channel Epix, not a Netflix original. The second season has already aired, but isn't on Netflix yet.
Really good show though.
