  1. Well not those guys obviously!
  2. In all honesty I don't even mind giving all my user data away to people who just want to sell me things I didn't even know I wanted.

Well, the bad news is that a pet scan detected some new crap in the lyphnodes adjacent to the liver. Pretty much rules out our plan of another y90 procedure in the liver + resection of the colon tumor to kill everything visible and give me 6-12 months off chemo. Doctor basically told me the y90 won't kill the lyphnode crap so cancer will "come back" fairly quickly without maintenance. I have a trip to Asia coming up next year so I communicated to him that the biggest quality of life issue I face is my colostomy and how it's uncomfortable to travel more than 20 minutes from my hotel because you just never know if the appliance is going to come loose (happened probably 6 times over 6 weeks in Europe including on back to back days at the Louvre). Seems he listened because the surgeon's office calls me today to set up the consult for a resection/colostomy reversal and they have scheduled me a slot next week if I decide to do it after the consult. It's about the best news I've had in a year and a half. Almost scared to be excited. In other news, I might be joining you fellas at MD anderson every 14 days for a trial drug related to a fairly rare gene protein fusion I have (about 0.2% of all cancers from my research).

Very rough. I'm always the youngest person at the infusion center and feel like I'm cheating when I see how hard chemo effects older people. Respect to your mom and my thoughts to your family.
  5. Yeah do not need a headset, it will play though whatever your sound is on. (obviously you can't communicate back without a mic). Most times you can just mute the chat if you want as well.
  6. Bunch of youtube people released their gameplay tests/reviews this afternoon as well. Looked like they flew in 6 or so of the more popular ones.
  7. I hate bierocks so my grandma would always make 2 "plain" ones for me (spoiler: it's just a big yeast roll at that point but delicious).
  8. Replace trump with Vance and Harris with couches
  9. Naw, corn hard shell. White people tacos are standard Midwestern fare, though my crew calls them "mom's tacos" because everyone's mom made them growing up. Anything in a tortilla would be considered a burrito, though the ingredients are the same.
  10. Sucked as the villain in the Spiderman 2 video game
  11. Picked this up for 50% off through some summer sale. Enjoying it much more than expected. For some reason I expected the map to be just hogwarts and hogsmeade, so the size was a big surprise. I am an explore every corner and loot every object player and this scratches that itch.

Anyway, I liked this movie but some of it just didn't hit for me. Unpopular opinion I know, but the soundtrack didn't fit at all. Overall all worth watching though, and it probably deserves a re-watch from me.

  14. Burn this down and start over, this could actually be a sweet ass story
  15. Got the smasher today, a lot better than the normal patties
  16. Haha yes, my main board has this and deployed it on one guy, he would constantly take to twitter to complain about how shitty the server is.
  17. They are so going to burn down a ballot office in Wisconsin
  18. I've seen several tweets that it's a biological woman representing a country where transitioning is illegal.
  19. I am a heavy user to begin with but the chill with a bowl in the evening instead of a glass of scotch type. Never enjoyed the wake and bake thing but there have been many times during chemotherapy that I smoke at 7:30 am to settle my stomach. I have 3 types of anti-nausea meds and weed works better than all combined.
  20. I'm a liberal progressive and democrats are the closest electable candidates this country provides. Even though I wish for a more radical approach, I understand (and somewhat appreciate) that our government is designed to change course slowly.
