  1. I thought “F35 shitbird” was the preferred nomenclature?
  2. I haven’t watched Shep Smith in 5 years, but isn’t he still the no editorializing evening/afternoon newsman? No opinions? No panels? (I would use “straight” newsman, but you know...NTTIAWWT)
  3. That’s exactly what JG Wentworth preys on though. They find someone with an insured annuity or a structured payments from divorce, bankruptcy, lawsuits, etc. then pays the recipient a lump sum worth a fraction of the total value to assume the annuity. Guy with bad credit and poor financial sense has $100,000 for a motorhome or Harley in retirement and JG Wentworth takes over that pesky mailbox money coming in at 1k/month for the next 20 years. (No idea how bad they screw clients to process claims or for the time value of money)
  4. Lowell no longer has basketball duty.
  5. Codigo my new hit single about the tequila brand I bought called...codigo
  6. I’ve kept a copy of Lonesome Dove on VHS for 30 years. This may be my opportunity to strike it big. Do I smell a bidding war?
  7. Yeah. I was going to go the other way and applaud his people. Epitome of overweight middle aged sports-fan dad wear. Black is a tech color after all. “He shops at Academy just like us!” Bonus points for realizing the Columbia PFG has terrible terrible vanity sizing, that’s probably a youth medium he’s slid into there.
  8. Lulz. Zavala, you a city-planner? Why limit yourself to just one building?
  9. What’s the key here after ‘99? Non-Michigan Great Lakes states?
  10. Brunnhilde Operatic - “I have an annuity, but I need cash now!”
  11. Fun fake fact - Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris met each other at Juilliard while pursuing their dream of being Broadway thespians.
  12. You’re comment about McDonalds is what blew me away. Raising Cane’s has blown up in the past 10 years. They offer cooked: tenders, fries, toast. They prepare: slaw, sauce, and drinks. Their “cooks” are a food processor to make and package the slaw, a toaster, and someone to load and dump the fryer. Not creative deep thinking Michelin Star stuff. A touch screen or Siri/Alexa could take orders today at Cane’s - “#3 unsweet tea to drink, is that correct?” The person at the window says thank you dispenses drinks and scans cards. You point to Amazon and Whole Foods, but don’t mention them rolling out Amazon Go stores last year. No checkout line, no $7/hr teller. Sensors and AI make that possible. What’s the stocking at Amazon connivence stores look like? Do they really need a human load the frozen food, dairy cabinet, and drink fringe from the back? They may need him in 2019, and need him to check and restock the produce in 2020, but he’s not long for Jeff Bezos’ world. I don’t give a shit that my eggs were placed in a carton by a machine instead of a human. I don’t give a shit that my HEB organic chicken breasts were put in a styrofoam tray by a machine in a warehouse in San Antonio and not a butcher 20’ away. ReCAPTCHA can probably already tell a bruised apple from a good one, will you care if it’s a drone yanking it from the tray rather than a slightly stoned guy in a smock?
  13. Well maybe leaving the wide open 3 in the corner at the end of regulation to tie...
  14. Your father wanted a Mercedes, but I won't ride in a German car.
  15. What are you a rock scientist? ° or % pretty much the same thing
