  1. I’m not sure why. This SC already has decided the cases before the hearings. They should just skip the formality at this point.
  2. 1000's of kids shot and killed at school..... yawn minors snached from their parents and deported.... yawn suspension of habitus corpus...... yawn military used against citizens for reasons..... yawn rescinding congress's authority to control spending.....yawn forming secret police force for personal use.... yawn Billions of personal grift including a 747......yawn prosecution of political critics....yawn getting list of names from a private group........ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!
  3. Believe they have the authority?? Can't rule it out?? SCOTUS has explicitly said "Fuck yea they can!"
  4. A six figure paycheck and full pardon?
  5. I mean maybe, but only because 100 milion of our fellow citizens would be spewing giz all over their computers and TVs. Throw in a couple of gays getting beat to death and 1/3 of country will be such in complete ecstasy they may not be able to get out of bed on Monday which may collapse the economy. If you are trying to imply the image of a bunch of browns being beaten, raped or killed would spur some outrage in this country....nah.
  6. No the employees have standing, they just filed the case in the wrong court. The correct court is which ever court Trump just disbanded, which is obviously illegal but because it no longer exists, no one has standing to sue to reinstate it. So sad, but they tried!
  7. This is true but I think the most important thing the pubs figured out is that fear and anger are much much stronger that "caring about others" or "doing the right thing for society". It's that simple. Despite what George Lucas tried to sell us, fear and hate are the strongest motivators outside of food/shelter/sex. And since the dems are not selling those other things, their message is just weak and no one gives a shit. The gig is up. Pubs and Fox News figured out and have fully exploited the hack to our lizard brains. Until there is a full economic collapse resulting in food/shelter shortages, nothing the Dems say is gonna break through.
  8. Wait, is this real? I had no idea she had both Downs syndrome and Cushings Disease. Now I feel bad for making fun of her.
  9. Don’t take our word for it, let MAGA princess Marjorie Taylor Green explain it https://www.thedailybeast.com/marjorie-taylor-greene-turns-on-trump-and-tells-gop-to-end-the-shutdown/
  10. Not those precious Senate rules!! Here is a list of the recent times the GOP has modified those sacred precious senate rules to get what they want. I will venmo you $100 for each one you can demonstrate your documented expressed shock at this travesty of tradition! *Offering you money is in no way to be construed as a physical threat. 2017: Supreme Court nominations. In April 2017, Republicans used the nuclear option to eliminate the 60-vote threshold for Supreme Court nominations. This occurred during the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch, after Democrats filibustered the nomination. The move extended a 2013 decision by Democrats that had eliminated the 60-vote requirement for lower-level nominations. 2019: Post-cloture debate time. In April 2019, Republicans used the maneuver to reduce the debate time for some presidential nominees from 30 hours to two. The change affected nominations to district courts and sub-Cabinet executive branch positions, but not Cabinet-level or appeals court judges. September 2025: En bloc nominations. In September 2025, during the second Trump administration, Republicans again used the nuclear option to expedite the confirmation process for numerous presidential nominees. This change allowed the Senate to confirm multiple nominees for sub-Cabinet and ambassador positions in a single vote, bypassing individual votes and the 60-vote threshold that had previously applied to bloc nominations.
  11. Exactly. They are in complete control. Nuke it, negotiate it, whatever. Bottomline, they own it and no amount of “well there is the Senate….” changes fact so simple, even a caveman gets it.
  12. Well yea. He was directly asked why the GOP can’t pass the budget and his response as “well you see there is this thing called the senate…” which indicates he believes the senate is the obstacle. With 53 GOP votes and the ability to modify/override/eliminate the filibuster at anytime with 51 votes, this is just inarguably wrong. I know we all agreed no math but even in the age of Trump 51<53. An analogy is the purchase of the house I am sitting in right now. My wife and I set a arbitrary budget for a house. We saw this house and it was a bit more than that number. We both really wanted it, so as the majority in our relationship, we voted to alter the number, and wallah.. here I am scratching my balls! MTG, a steroid using Neadrathal understands this to be a fact but he either doesn’t … or is to invested to admit a simple inconvenient fact.
  13. A. Dibs on “Catastrophically Naive Leftist Dildo” for my band name. B. Wait, you don’t understand that 51 votes can pass anything short of impeachment in the Senate if it really wants to? **Nothing in this post should be construed as a personal threat.
  14. Well its probably because your previous posts seemed to imply you didn’t understand Senate rules as well as a 3 toed Neaderthal. I am glad that you are now in agreement that the shutdown is 100% in GOP control! P.S. Nothing in this post is a threat in any way!!
  15. Hey @Incredulity Marjorie Taylor Fucking Greene gets it! “The Georgia Republican said this week’s shutdown “doesn’t have to be happening” and placed blame for the impasse on the GOP, which controls the White House and holds a majority in the House and Senate. “Right now this shutdown is a big political fight and drama, but it doesn’t have to be happening,” she told InfoWars. “The Senate can use the nuclear option and override the 60-vote rule. They can pass the CR with a simple majority.”
  16. Exactly. The filibuster is a farce. The majority has repeatedly made exemptions whenever they really really want a law passed or a nominee confirmed. It is a shield, that is it. The only reason the pubs have not made an exception for it in this case is cause they think they can do what they want regardless and score some political points in the process. Furthermore, they know the dems are such pussies and rule followers that they will let them override their entire agenda if they ever return to power with this stupid rule. It is a way for the majority to NOT do something, and still get to blame the opposition. So get rid of it. It changes nothing except provides an excuse to blame the powerless for the consequences.
  17. Such a fuckin liar! We all know the truth... it was Hillary and her emails! Then again, Hunters huge hog does make me what to stop being a soyboy. I am sure the Chinese feel this even more.
  18. They don’t even have to eliminate the filibuster. They can make any exception they want at any time for any reason with their majority, which they have done repeatedly in the past. They could literally make a rule tomorrow that says the filibuster is intact except for this particular budget bill passed on 10/2/2025. Anything they want to pass is a simple 51 votes away. Its not the dems, or the trans, or the “illegals” preventing this from happening. It is the pubs in 100% control. No amount of lying makes that not the case.
  19. Apparently he is not aware that the pubs can, at any time, repeal a he filibuster with a simple majority or make exceptions to it like they have done many times before whenever they really want to pass something or nominate someone. Pubs are in charge. Full stop. Any suggestion otherwise is typically misinformation from the right.
  20. And this is why the dems need to hold firm and also why it needs to be now with plenty of time before the next elections for the consequences to play out. Pubs always want to do shitty things, but also want to be able to blame dems for any poor out comes. Johnson is now saying Trump has the keys to the kingdom and is fully in charge. OK. Now own it, all of it. Own the economy crashing, unemployment rising, holiday yravel disruption, inflation, all of it. You are fully in charge. Repeat Johnson’s words to the American publuc daily so they know exactly who is driving the bus.
  21. Pubs have always blamed the dems when they had the senate majority but couldn’t get enough pubs to join to overcome the filibuster. They have always taken advantage of the stupidity of the American people who don’t understanding how the government works. Now they want to pretend the very opposite is true. So maybe now FoxNews will spend the next few weeks explaining the filibuster, basic legislation process including the 3 branches of government to their idiotic followers, and we will at least get a more informed electorate out of this who won’t just blame Obama and Biden for all thier problems ?? LOL. Who am I kidding. One good thing though… farmers aint getting that bail out $$ Trump just promised during a shut down. Boo fuckin hoo dipshits!
  22. A guy who can stand in the pocket and throw not one, but two lasers….sigh.
  23. They just need to use my new app "Honker". It's like Uber, but a group of whities like this show up, complete with matching outfit, and escort you wherever you need to go.
  24. ScreenRecording_09-30-2025 10-07-59_1.mov The dems should this clip on blast. Sure it was from the last shutdown but so what…this is who they are dealing with. The public likes sound bites so give it to them.
