  1. Are you telling me that during under oath depositions and/or cross examinations witnesses often answer “I do not recall” or “I am not sure”?   This dementia thing is more contagious than COVID!

I appreciate you responding.  As Dahobbs stated, that is not the same thing as classifying them as a business expense, as is implied by your statement .

You can charge whatever you want to your “business credit cards” and until you try to tax deduct them or submit them to your employer as a “business expense” for reimbursement, there is absolutely nothing illegal about it.

Willis hired her boyfriend (relationship started before willis hired Wade) to be special prosecutor. Wade is paid with taxpayer money. Wade, using his business account, took Willis on several trips (Aruba, Bahamas, Napa).

Can you provide some documentation o support this statement?  I don’t know if it is true or not but every article I am seeing states that he charged these vacations on “his credit cards” (presumably personal), which is a whole lot different than charging on a business account.  Are you implying he hey charged these trips to tax payers as a business expenses??  If so you need to back that up.

Wade, who took the stand under subpoena at the Fulton County misconduct hearing, said he would use his credit card to book travel because Willis would “limit her transactions” for safety reasons. He said Willis, whom he described as an “independent, strong woman,” would insist “she is going to pay her own way” by giving him cash or paying for things that made the cost of the trip equitable.”

The defense is arguing Ms. Willis had hired Mr. Wade because they would both benefit financially. Mr. Wade has been paid more than $650,000 since being hired, and defense lawyers say he charged thousands of dollars to his credit cards for vacations with Ms. Willis. She says she reimbursed him in cash for the trips.”

My favorite is the implication that Trump was actually helping out the guy who took his place and the other soldiers by avoiding the draft since “bad feet” can effect the entire platoon!

btw, here is the incidence of “bone spure by age and sex according to a 2014 published study of over a thousand xrays (keep in mind this includes all spurs regardless of size or symptoms)

I really like this idea of compounding interest accumulation while appral is pending.  Gives a negative incentive for bullshit delays and appeals.  I wish they could find a way to apply this concept to his criminal cases.

  6. Also the 26th amendment to the Constitution:

Since conception is now the beginning of human life, and the constitution must be interpreted AS WRITTEN, my 100 adopted fertilitized embryos should be able to vote 18yrs after conception.  Since the Americans with Disabilities Act allows them assistance with voting (since they are missing brains and limbs), as their legal guardian, I guess I can vote over 100 times this upcoming election??  Whoops.

If cells in a Petri dish are babies, should we give them birth certificates and SSN’s?  Can we count them on the census?  When do they turn 18?

I was a Republican in college during the 90’s and if you would have told me the Heritage Foundation would later want the government parsing different types of birth control, I’d thought you were out of your morherfucking mind.

Excellent questions.  I also want to know:

    1.  Can I “adopt” 100 fertilized abandoned eggs and claim them as dependants on my taxes? The 2k per kid Child Tax Credit may make early retirement much more feasible.

    2.  Can I open up 529 tax free investment accounts  for my “children” and list myself as beneficiary upon their demise?  I could basically invest over a million tax free using my “children” this way.

    3. Can I clam these 100 extra dependants on my “born” children’s FAFSA forms and get them some financial aid for college even if I am a surly 1%er?

So many possibilities to grift this new reality….

The pill prevents ovulation, it's the much less commonly used "mini-pill" that allows fertilization and then prevents implanting.... not that the nutjobs actually care about that distinction in their crusade.

That is the primary mechanism.  However there are multiple effects of the combination birth control, ONE of which involves blocking implantation of the fertilized egg.

  9. Imagine being someone who spent the majority of their adult live serving  in our nation’s military but thinking that a man who not only used bone spurs at 18yr old (beyond rare) to dodge military service, but has also repeatedly voiced disgust for those that serve in the military most represents their interests.   Absolute brain worms.

Well, you see, the question of whether or not you can negotiate a counter judgment has never been asked in court before so we'll need to take a few months to figure it out

Excellent point.  Have the courts ever  explored the question of the “fingers crossed” or “double dog dare” defense?  I always thought these were childhood concepts but now I am starting to think these may be legitimate legal strategies.
