  1. Are you saying you have Parkinson’s Disease? Bless you man, I guess I won’t shit on you for not knowing how to spell the name of a dorm you lived in for “a few years.” And you’re not “old,” not compared to some of us. Best wishes.
  2. Geez, Payton… he’s waiting until 8/10 to honor the memory of his friend who died. Gulp.
  3. He and Saban apparently weren’t a good mix, and I don’t think anyone wants to coexist with Bill O’Brien. If we get a motivated Hall, then watch out (yeah, it’s a big “if”). He was something like the 45th rated player in his class and was seeing some action (played in 7 games) at Bama as a true freshman. I think Billingsley will be more like a big slot guy than TE, the same size as Lil Jordan. So, we add Neyor, Hall, Milton, Billingsley from the portal to completely overturn the position. And I’m not forgetting the Montana Mighty Mite, who may actually be a valuable return guy.
  4. http://www.hudl.com/v/2FQbTg Was just screwing around and thought I’d check out the Hudl of someone I think has been somewhat of a forgotten man. The link is to sophomore highlights of Agiye Hall. Dude is a baller. This receiving corps is going to be deep and very good.
  5. So Gary Oldman and Kyle Flood’s love child would look like… Don Johnson?
  6. Ok, I’m very happy to be very wrong, Douche Meter at zero on this kid, handled the announcement with class and included his mom, who referenced tradition as a reason for their choice. Speaking of “Choice,” Tashard has apparently scouted him in person multiple times, Flood and Sark were on him while at Bama, and he communicates with Arch weekly. Welcome, Payton!
  7. If this kid does pick us, I really hope it’s not mega-douchey, but I’m not holding out much hope.
  8. Ok doctor, your professional opinion: Is the dude in blue now a paraplegic, quadriplegic or in a box? Or despite appearances, the luckiest asshole on earth because he still has an intact spine?
  9. She hosted Kimmel in 2019, did an 11 minute monologue and no one heard one word she said.
  10. CSB alert: I watched it freshman year in the TV room at Taos Dorm, next to Raul’s on the Drag. It may have been the only year Taos was a dorm, spending most of its existence before and after as a co-op. And I will admit, I probably still don’t know exactly what the hell is a “co-op.” But I did go to a crazy ass party at one.
  11. It’s a trick question, Ketch had his “first cardiac event” many years ago.
  12. Jesus was probably a pretty good RB, especially when it rained, so I could see him being a 5 star. Unless you’re referring to something else?
  13. Adderall… with a lead pipe, in the Study!
  14. Jay the Great is Johntay Cook, and he was reportedly hanging with Jalen Hale in DFW recently, and I believe that’s JC posting a photo of Hale doing the preferred hand sign. And I’m really old. Edited to add oso8jay is Hale https://www.instagram.com/oso8jay/?hl=en
  15. Why don’t you just make like a tree and underscoreLeafunderscore. And welcome.
  16. The music beat was always more fun (I assume). Except those trips to Lubbock and the Tech girls. But that would involve a subsequent trip to the clinic.
  17. Not Brenham, but in probably 1986 or ‘87, I was witness to a card game in College Station. It included Jackie Sherrill, his DB coach Curley Hallman and members of the sports media covering the old SWC Tour. Hallman literally threatened to kill tiny Arkansas sportswriter Jerry Reed, but Jackie pulled him out of the room before it could happen. That was about as pissed as I’ve ever seen anyone. Just another day in College Station. Edited to add I see @cafe society is on the site this afternoon. CS, did you ever cover the Tour? I’ll bet our mutual friend was on that trip, may have been in the game…
