  1. Best shit ever happened last year at my kid's school. They went out for recess and a hawk was in a tree out there ripping apart a squirrel. The kids went over and started cheering "hawk! hawk! hawk! hawk!" I was so proud.
  2. I think this is how most people feel. It's not "that" bad overall, but when you see us lose games where the starter goes 6-7+ innings and pitches well it stands out more. Thus far we have 4 losses where we only scored 1 run and also 1 win where we only scored 1 run. So in 31% of our games so far we've only scored 1 run. That's bothersome. And in those 4 games the most we gave up is 5 runs. The losses are 5-1(DK gave up 3), 4-1(LMJ gave up 3), 4-1(DK gave up 3), 3-1(JV gave up 1). All very winnable games. By contrast, last year we had our 5th game only scoring 1 run(or less) in the 43rd game of the season on May 20th. Last year we had 9 of our first 16 games where we scored 3 or less runs. This year we've had 8. Key takeaway is that it's of course too early. But I'd much rather see more crooked numbers on the board at this point than all those 1's.
  3. Breakdown of cost per chip at D&B based on their recharging prices: $100 = 750 chips = $0.133 ea $50 = 300 = $0.166 $20 = 100 = $0.2 $10 = 48 = $0.208 Using the buy $20 get $20 = 200 = $0.1 ea. Using the buy $10 get $10 = 96 = $0.104 ea Clearly the buy $20 get $20 free is the best deal. Maximize this with the $10 offers that come in the emails. However, that takes a little time to build up a volume of chips since you only get that offer once a week. If you plan on going with your kids or something then it’s better to just buy the $100 charge than doing the $20-40 option a couple times. I noticed today that most of the games go for 6.8 to 11 chips Per play. So on a normal day that is damn near $1 per play. Keep that in mind. That’s also why playing on Wednesday is the key. Also, of the games listed before, most of them tend to be on the lower cost per play part of the spectrum so that further improves your odds. Quick Drop, Zombie, Jug Toss. It’ll be fun to go on a Wednesday and without an 8 yr old running me around to games to see how efficient I can be. It’ll definitely take practice on some games.
  4. Took the kiddo today and employed some of the systems and tips provided. Spent $45 and earned about 7,000 points. There are a couple of games that with some practice could become very reliable points winners. Milk jug toss, zombie stretcher, and quick drop come to mind first. And I’m quite prolific at the Wizard of Oz coin game but need to play that sparingly. The rare card is the Toto, so I work towards building up the set but don’t invest too much unless I see the Toto card. I’ll definitely need to see how it goes on a Wednesday. Getting 7k+ points for $20 or less I think should work out.
  5. Yeah but if I'm his attorney I then request her to provide her clean STD test from the day before they had sex. Can't provide that? Well then, how do we know she contracted it from him and not some other dude? The rest is just bullshit messy gossip from some other chick.
  6. Well yeah. But so many of them have that shit like "not into random hookups/not here for sex I can get that anywhere." We all know it's bullshit.
  7. Poison Dough Ball would be a good band name.
  8. Lol. Something like 40% of the population has the herp. Get over it dumbass. And I'd be curious what sort of legitimate proof she has. She can say this dude is the first dude she ever had unprotected sex with, but no one knows that for a fact. This is a lawsuit over a bunch of bullshit gossip.
  9. I don't think you understand the concept of demand. Demand does not go down and will never go down. The demand comes from human nature. The supply may reduce, but in reality all they're doing is reducing ease of access to the supply whereby making the whole venture more dangerous for all involved. But glad to see that you're against the law because your tone sure didn't indicate that in your many posts.
  10. About 5-6 years ago in my hood some lady posted a picture of a beat up cardboard box along the curb in an intersection. She flipped the fuck out worrying about the box and terrorists and bombs and shit. This was a pretty mangled looking box that had clearly fallen out of the garbage truck. About 3-4 people jumped in with her on the paranoia, and then about 20-30 more started piling on making fun of her. That was a fun day.
  11. Frankly I was hoping they'd accidentally be burned/lost and it would cause Rick to lose his shit again and waste some innocent people. At this point in the show I'm really hoping some rogue motherfucker manages to figure out how to launch some missiles at these fucks and wipe them all out.
  12. Altuve still doesn’t have a HR this season.
  13. Yep. But he needs to get his shit together if he wants a max contract.
  14. Not even remotely close to essential.
  15. And I would give zero fucks about that as she's pretty damn hot.
  16. I went 5 years ago when they did the same thing. It was also a several hours long affair to get through, so this time I passed on it. They should have opened the doors a couple hours earlier.
  17. Holy fuck. This guy keeps making things worse. Are you still going there regularly? Any direct experiences to share?
