  1. I used to use Rem oil and bore cleaner. However Rem oil does not inhibit rust like it should. I’ve seen it personally and friends have said the same thing too. Slip 2000 is my new go to. It’s non toxic, cleans just as well, lasts longer and protect better against wear. Amazon sells a 3 pack of the cleaner, lube, and bore cleaner. The cleaner is good enough to clean the bore unless you shoot a lot of dirty dirty or get fail to clean regularly. Then that’s when the bore cleaner comes in handy.
  2. Im partial to the 365XL. It shoots more like a compact, has higher capacity, but it’s still comfortable and prints very similarly to the 365.
  3. 1) Life is too short to squeeze crappy triggers. MBT all the way. 2) I don’t mind if the furniture doesn’t match the metal. You could even take it a step further and paint the hand guard FDE and leave the rest of it black. That helps with hot gun in the sun and I think it looks pretty slick. That’s my humble opinion.
  4. 1. Hire excellent staff. 2. Increase the percentage of 4/5 star signees. Land 1 to 2 top talent at skill positions. 3. Win the games you are supposed to win by the expected margins. No blowout losses. Fail to do number 1, both Sark and CDC will be gone in 3 or 4.
  5. Might be sooner than that....
  6. Touché. Any site regularly honoring their back orders?
  7. I’ve done that before but can’t get significant quantities that way unless you score a bucket of Winchester white.
  8. There are places like Optics Planet that sells it at those prices but they generally suck at not cancelling your order. How much is 9mm at GTs? I can find it at The Range but it’s outrageously priced at $35 a box for Federal.
  9. I’m looking for normal/reasonable pricing (28-35 cents per) on quality 9mm in bulk and potentially 22LR. I don’t need immediately; 2 to 3 months is fine. What sites do you recommend for setting up alerts or buying back order? Any other strategies that don’t involve driving around blindly?
  10. I’m pretty sure it’s your disk like immac said. Look at your performance monitor and share a screenshot of perfmon while launching a browser or something. That should show your bottlenecks.
  11. Nice! What was their quoted vs actual lead time?
  12. I can say that when my wife and I aren’t aligned on parenting, it does create challenges. Moreover it’s a point of instability for the kids. Kids need stability and consistency. I have to imagine it’s even more challenging for a child if the parents are divorced. Is there anyway you and your ex can come to an agreement on some of these child rearing differences? For us, it made it significantly easier when we sort out our differences in rules, parenting philosophies etc behind close doors and bring the same message and consistency to the kids. We still may fundamentally disagree on some things but we compromise and do our best. Just tossing out a different perspective in case that helps... I’m not sure how realistic it is in your situation, but I do know a few divorced couples who work together to set same rules for both households.
  13. Anyone have issues with pixelation on streaming, notably YouTubeTV ? I bought a Sony OLED last year and it was unwatchable on both native app and Roku. Have Google fiber and actual band width at the point is about 100Mbs. I had to return the tv it was so bad and go back to my old ass Sony 1080p tv. Sorry for the hijack.
  14. Pro tip.... Use a car jack like a scissor jack as a second set of hands. Jack up the disposer to get it close, line it up, and twist.
  15. You may be able to unwind the spoon by turning disposer backwards with the Alan Wrench. I would try that without removing it (flip the breaker if that makes you feel better). If you remove it, just go ahead and replace it... it’s not worth your time.... If you end up replacing... Here’s a similar model to what I replaced mine with several years back: https://www.lowes.com/pd/InSinkErator-Evolution-3-4-HP-Continuous-Feed-Noise-Insulation-Garbage-Disposal/1000068731 -Insulated so it’s quiet - good motor - Sink baffle opening is small so it catches most things so you can scoop it and toss it in the garbage can. This may be annoying to those who want everything to go down the disposer but it’s great for those who realize the impact of sending garbage down the plumbing.
  16. Curious as well...And are these better than your ADTs and what now...
  17. That’s not correct. Safer option is to turn off auto install and manually update a few days after patch Tuesday (after the bugs have been found in the general public).
  18. Jameslaw is spot on - rent at first. If you’re in his neck of the woods, I recommend renting from him. He knows his stuff and is a stand up dude.
  19. This. 1000x. I have a 12v compressor and a plug kit + also AAA. I will try to plug it first if Im at a safe location. Otherwise I will wait my ass for AAA to show up and put on the spare.
  20. This. I did a Boyo license plate frame camera with a pioneer head unit. The camera can be adjusted up and down to get the angle you want and picture quality is really good especially at night.
  21. Try cleaning out the P trap first.
  22. This. You could even have one for personal email, one for online accounts (eg banking and shopping), and one for burner type activities.
  23. Use a different computer. As others have said, a private vpn on a corporate device raises red flags at a minimum and could be a fireable offense in some organizations.
  24. I don’t personally don’t believe that children cannot comprehend the concept of a hard stop or period. Children have an innate ability to learn and this is not a hard concept. However, this certainly wouldn’t surprise me in the day and age of common core, participation trophies, and parents who completely trusting and relying on a government run school system. If true, then we have failed as parents and educators, with the bulk of the blame on the parents. Washpark, where did you pick this up? This is deeply disturbing.
  25. Pro: -never ending hot water if you have high demand. -Option for recirculating cold water and reheating it if you need that. - takes up less space - less likely to develop a leak - more efficient Con: -Expensive -Maintenance. requires keep up with up with descaling especially on electric. However it seems like a simple diy. - More complicated than a tank. in fact, my recirculating pump recently started making a humming noise. It should be fixed under warranty but it’s a little disappointing that I’ve already had an issue one year in. Given the cost, I personally would stick with a tank unless your tank doesn’t keep up with your demand or if you have a desire for conservation. Only reason I went tankless is because we would run out of hot water during bath time (6 of us) and also my tank was in the attic and lives with the potential for a leak from the ceiling.
