  1. Next, baseball will be dogpiling after a Tuesday win over Incarnate Word.
  2. I rewatched Wick 4 instead of this fiasco. Glad I did.
  3. If Burke leaves them any crumbs
  4. Texas native and UT alum here. Also a transplant to Georgia for the past 39 years. Wife's family are all big UGA fans. So I guess I've seen the belly of the beast. Get ready for more of what CTJ unfortunately experienced, though with a smidge less wild-eyed anger (for the most part). There's a widespread perception over here that Texans are too rich to be respected and lack the necessary passion to be true football fans. Of course, only a small percentage of these goobers actually attended the school they follow. They really do feel the SEC as a whole is worth rooting for, which is among the most asinine concepts in history.
  5. Maybe Sark could use another special assistant. I hear Nick's wife still has that realtor's number.
  6. Was Hill spying on Milroe in the first half? lf so, I don't recall seeing that. I do recall saying at halftime that we needed to have a spy on him, and I'm really glad it was this guy. Huge dividends.
  7. "Well, App State somehow caught lightning in a bottle the day they ambushed us. As usual, we caught jizz."
  8. This moment in the third quarter pretty well summed up Bama's offense.
  9. Sad when your one true rival is who rushes to defend your honor among "friends." What a slimy conference of bitter wannabes this is.
  10. You know all Dusty can think about today is trading Diaz for Campusano. That guy's the closest thing to another Maldy behind the plate.
  11. Our win apparently was the worst thing that happened to aggy yesterday. Worse by far than their own thrashing at the hands of a pedestrian Miami team. The fact Ant Hill made huge plays against Bama was the chef's kiss on a lovely evening.
  12. Not so fast, my friend. If Saban wants them, how good can they be?
  13. I'm gonna give it up for the special teams. One missed FG and a couple penalties, but overall a stellar effort. Not trying to be heroic on returns was a big part of that.
  14. I'm trying to help our chances of an upset (outright, not just beating the spread) by predicting Bama 23-17. Pleeeeeeeease prove me wrong.
  15. Violated on the Brazos. Nothing new.
  16. I don't understand how Clemson can be playing Charleston. Per this board, they're the same place.
  17. These kids today. https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/418425-jerry-koosman-tom-seaver-nolan-ryan-and-pitch-counts.amp.html
  18. Wherever you're driving in Alabama...keep your windows up, or they'll suck your brains out.
  19. Snell's stuff of course has always been elite. We showed good patience, but when he did throw it over the plate we couldn't hit it. Add a little bad luck, such as on the Diaz liner, and that's all she wrote. Hopefully tomorrow ends better.
  20. Snell throws 103 pitches in 6 innings...has some kind of 3-ball count again and again...and escapes with just 3 walks and 2 runs. We not only don't make him pay for being under 60 percent on strikes, we fan 8 times. He's really good, but you have to punish an ace when he's having control trouble. Then again, it's sort of moot if your own staff is getting curbstomped.
  21. I'm running out of ways to describe how miserably we're performing in front of the home crowd. Perhaps Lord Toothpick needs to come up with a better pregame speech.
  22. Straight from the pantheon of epic tales
  23. I refuse to take winning any game or series for granted. This team has taught me not to. Especially when we're returning to MMP after a magnificent road series.
