  1. This is the horrifying moment a crazed bull elephant attacked tourists on safari in Zambia, leaving an American woman dead, after chasing a safari truck for more than half a mile through a national park.
Six tourists were on a game drive in the Kafue National Park when the angry fully-grown male ran flat out to catch up with the vehicle - before the driver abruptly stopped.
Video shows how a tourist says 'oh my goodness' as the elephant keeps pace with the car, as another says 'oh oh' and a third adds 'it's coming fast' in the last desperate moments before collision.

The driver must've missed the training day when they taught "Don't Stop If Chased By Really, Really, Large Wild Animal"

According to the googs a bull elephant can only run 25 mph and can only do a full sprint for about 50 yards. I think the driver was trying to give them something to talk about back at the camp and not really trying to outrun it.
  2. Andy Dufresne is beating on the giant sewer pipe in time with the thunder and when he breaks through a huge column of shit water shoots up 10 feet in the air, but when he sticks his head in the hole there’s only a few inches of sewage in the pipe that he crawls through until it dumps into that creek. How is an open pipe pressurized?

  4. Inexplicably Chuck Norris is a huge deal with the middle schoolers in our town. My kid and her lil pals were watching Sidekicks and I told them the only reason this Chuck Norris gem exists was because Mattress Mack had a shit ton of money and decided to see what it was like to make a movie.

  5. I see commercials for hair plug procedures. If have male pattern baldness and you fill in the bald spots up front won’t your hair just keep receding behind the plugs and leave you with an even weirder looking melon? Is it a continual chase just to keep up? If any of you run into McConaughey can you ask him what the process is?

  6. Nope. A pee can is something you keep under the bed, according to my grandmother, who was a direct descendant from and two generations away from the Old Three Hundred.

They had can in the old 300 days? Granny was just lazy and making shit up.

  7. Just started it back up. WTF with that Pretty Woman trying on clothes montage, and any time she’s on screen all I can see is that Dana Delaney’s had so much work done to her face that there’s absolutely no movement from her top lip to the scalp line.

  8. I have loved listening to AM and FM radio for decades and I have never heard a single tradio segment IRL.  Is it real or is it just another in a long line of bullshit? Meh.
You just have to accept the show is a 70 year old man talking to his 72 year old friend about the same things they've discussed for 45 years, with an occasional interruption by third-rate comedians pushing bottom barrel bits.

Very small town radio is very real. Last time I was through I believe either Columbus or La Grange had it
  9. I have a lil bit of an issue. I enjoyed the movie, very solid entry and storyline. But… While I understand that the ships are built on what 1978 thought 2120-something technology would be, but with even the current touch screen and 4k tech on cell phones I found the VHS with tracking issues styles of the monitors and Apollo style lights and punch buttons distracting along with the constantly glitching lights everywhere. I can’t imagine what will be standard in another 100 years, but I can surely say it won’t be that. As I say it’s certainly probably just me. Still loved the movie though.
