  1. Heo loses 3 & 2
  2. Kim going to 18, still tied
  3. Match is even right now. Oregon won the first match Kim tied with 2 to go Hsu 1 up with 1 to play O'Keefe 1 up with 2 to play Heo dormie. 3 down with 3 to play
  4. Arkansas - Northwestern only match that is close right now. They are tied
  5. Now down 4-1 and Stanford up 3.5-1.5
  6. Maybe timestamp meant the times that certain things were to happen and how long it would take to get from one place to another
  7. I have a gas canister powered machine BB gun. I think it holds 30 shots at a time.
  8. And it ended almost 30 years ago. It's amazing how things get ingrained in people's memories.
  9. You had the information above. Has to be primary residence for 24 months of the previous 5 years. $250K exclusion if single, $500K if married. Remember this is gain, not sales price, so sales price (minus certain sales costs) - adjusted basis in the house (purchase price + improvements). This is a very simple explanation but you get the gist. Not an accountant so take that for what it's worth, but have filled out the forms many a time
  10. Bluebonnets have a low germination rate, I think I read that it's about 20%. I planted about a 1/4 acre plot about 12 years ago with I think 6 lbs of seed. Half of them I froze overnight, put them in a bowl and poured boiling water on to weaken the seed case for the initial couple of years. I shallow scratched the soil and just spread them out. After that I let nature take its course. However, you have to let them go until the seed pod bursts, so I usually don't mow them until around July 4th. This year the crop was exceedingly poor with the lack of rain in the November-February time frame. When the weather cooperates, it looks like a big bluebonnet carpet. They don't like fertilizing or much else done to them. Even the bluebonnets at the Lady Bird Center weren't as good as usual this year and they water them.
  11. That's the Pulitzer prize worthy writer/editor of the nationally acclaimed Gig 'Em Gazette
  12. Getting picked off rounding second when the ball is 20 feet away has to be on the player. That's Little League level of brain-deadness
  13. If we haven't gotten it out this far into the year, it'll continue
  14. Would not do it for 12%. That'll get eaten up real quick if problems arise and you have to foreclose. Minimum of 20-25% would be my preference for some cushion. What rate are you getting?
  15. File this under things I should probably know, but don't...Will the neighbor's have to pay the deductible themselves or will they go after the other insurance to cover that?
  16. How hard is your water? I'm connected to a private water company and I've about given up trying to keep away the calcification along the water line along the tile
  17. Get professional bait stations and there is a bait that is non-toxic to pets even if they decide to eat a dead mouse. I have a neighbor that has about 10 acres in wildlife exemption so the bait stations closest to the fence line will be cleaned out in a matter of a week or two. I have 7 others spread around the perimeter of the house and I think I've only had 2 die inside the house so far. No idea how many have been kilt so far
  18. And that, like Helobious, he has since done some research and can't believe that he made it through college without being taught that info
  19. Yes, but if you have a hot tub, think how much you are saving on contraception
  20. The TCU coach can recruit, but his in game adjustments in the Texas game were trash. Texas was pressing the inbounds and he would run exactly zero plays to get a player open for a pass...no picks and, most of the time, he had only 1, maybe 2 players as available options. I would think after the second or third 5 second call that you would make some adjustments, but nothing.
  21. Could have been more that inning. Not sure why no courtesy runner for Reese or why Reese didn't slide into second
  22. Not seeing anything on the news but heard from friends of friends, so take it for what it's worth
  23. I bet the ending of work from home is playing a factor. People are going to have to move back closer to the office. It might not be as prominent yet as it will become
  24. It could also be argued that he was/is a petty, petty little vindictive person
  25. That install is completely opposite of mine. Mine is at the meter and the main breaker panel. It's almost modern art looking. Does the gas line come up the back leg?
