  1. Honestly didn't know they had moved into Texas. Only one I've been to was in D.C. I'll check the one out in Dallas next time I can. The chicken is elite. The hotdog pasta, not so much, but it apparently has a cult fanbase.
  2. "According to The Dallas Morning News, the Mavericks filed a petition alleging that the Stars breached a clause in their agreement that requires both teams’ headquarters to remain inside the city of Dallas. The Stars have operated out of Frisco since 2003." https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/dallas-mavericks-stars-lawsuit-arena-agreement/3938104/ I checked and it looks like the City of Dallas still owns the building, so what the ever living fuck do the Mavericks care where the Stars are headquartered? Sounds like something the City of Dallas might care about and they apparently haven't for more than 20 years. How do the Mavs even have standing on that claim? What's the end game here? I understand and support football and baseball teams in the same city having separate venues but why the everliving fuck do NBA and NHL need separate arenas? What is so wrong with the AAC that they need replacements? I'm already done with these cunts, but moving to Irving would be icing in the cake. I'm still mad at the Rangers for not moving to downtown Dallas but was never emotionally invested either way. I prefer NFL venues downtown but at least that's 8 games a year plus playoffs and on weekends with a few Thursday/Monday games. Baseball is 80 home games mostly weeknights, I don't know how Dallas residents can make those games considering the traffic, lack of transit, cost of parking, etc. Anyways, fuck the Mavs, fuck that lurch looking mother fucker, and double fuck the horrid cunt in charge.
  3. We need Jollibee in the South.
  4. I heard the cattle ranchers don't know anything about their own business so everyone calm down lol.
  5. If you truly believe that then why is a “ceasefire” needed at all? Shouldn’t Israel have been focused the entire time on fighting Hamas and not leveling the entire fucking country and killing everyone in sight?
  6. I sorta agree with Fantana here, just say what you want to say, because it’s coming off pretty clear that you think slaughtering civilians by the hundreds and leveling a country of 2 million residents is okay … if true.
  7. I think you mean 15/16. For UK maybe basketball instead of football.
  8. Wasn’t the whole plan for Bobby to take over full time when Pittman flailed out?
  9. That’s literally why these things always settle. Neither side wants to worry about calculating offsets and whether the coach is trying hard enough to find a comparable job or if there is collusion with the new employer to pay less than market value knowing the last school will pay the difference. The parties understand this likelihood when they negotiate these agreements from the outset. Except aggy lol because they are sad desperate and pathetic.
  10. Meh, might be enough to get them to end the shutdown to prevent the fat white red state poors from starving to death without their gubmint cheese, then they’ll forget the whole thing happened and get distracted about autopens and ICE porn. Epstein doesn’t matter imo other than it makes him mad. Even if released they’ve had plenty of time to scrub him and his friends and add people he doesn’t like. Or it was a nothing burger the whole time which is my suspicion. He made a big deal of it during the campaign which means he was lying and knew there wasn’t anything there. Edit: To be clear the Epstein situation isn’t a nothing burger, it’s fucking heinous, I just never believed there were files kept about specifics of a high level pedophile rings and who was participating.
  11. Just remember, you’re the one who is deranged if you think this is fucking insane.
  12. Jimbo's contract expressly overrid even the common law duty to mitigate, lol. I'm surprised more programs aren't desparate enough to agree to this, and am curious if someone will get it this cycle. https://www.si.com/college/pennstate/football/how-james-franklins-contract-buyout-differed-from-jimbo-fishers "Coach will not have a duty to mitigate University's damages if this Agreement is terminated by University without Cause," the contract said. "Furthermore, University will not be entitled to any offset whatsoever in the event that Coach secures any subsequent employment."
  13. I feel this cycle is odd because being a “big name” and having a decent resume might not be enough. It’s far more important that they embrace NIL etc and work well with donors. The old CEO model is over. I think there are tons of coordinators and assistants ready for this new world whose names none of us know right now.
  14. I think it’s a wholesale changing of the guard. Old guys and old souls who don’t like that the help is now getting paid can move on already. I think there are plenty of coordinators and assistants ready to embrace it and lead a team. I know whoever we hire will be hated by the fans because it won’t be a big name but how many are out there tbh? It’s more important that Weiberg and the donors understand the new landscape and focus on that instead of the resume (to a reasonable degree of course).
  15. Cool. I’ll enjoy it tomorrow. Good fucking night.
  16. I’m done if this goes on because I’ll bash my own head in if I have to hear Cowherd one more time.
  17. La pitching a position player would be pure insanity.
  18. The fuck is in the air out there? Fuck!
  19. 16 beers, 16 hotdogs
  20. Top of the lineup is gonna end this. Please?
  21. They’re gonna need to start calling up AAA pitchers.
  22. Good lord just get one over already!!!
  23. I seriously need to go to bed but I can’t not see how this ends.
