  1. We shit on ian boyd for good reason, but he does enjoy trolling OU.
  2. JImbo could sell, and when backed by recruiting money, legal or not, could recruit quite well. His blind spot at both aggy and florida st was Oline. I'm not sure why he refused to see it - he sure as hell knew DL was important. He must be the only offensive coordinator in all of football to treat the Oline as an afterthought.
  3. Klein would be a fine hire for a state that doesn't have QBs and WRs playing 7 on 7 since they were 8 years old. It is exactly what a defensive minded head coach would have hired in 2010. But sure, aggy will be a pain in the ass team to play and will win some games they shouldn't, and in general just be an annoyance. And in a year that they have a 4th-5th year starter at QB they will be pretty good. Just like they have been for 100 years.
  4. I almost feel bad for the players as they did everything they could. But fuck florida state, fuck the ACC, fuck the entire bowden family. hahahaha suck it bitches.
  5. Yes, the committee and the tv networks really hate the idea of Texas being in it. / eye roll. Stop looking for conspiracies. We didn't play great for about a month, we lost to OU who then proceeded to lose twice, we have been shitty for a decade (so get no benefit of the doubt), and we got unlucky that there are so many zero loss/ 1 loss teams this year.

    Bert!

Are coaches allowed to know kickers names?
  7. College Station don't even have a pappadeauxs/ Baylor people.
  8. I want Tilman Fertitta and Aggy in a bidding war for Traylor. I actually think UH is a good place for him. Close to his East Texas stomping grounds plus Houston leftovers could do very well in the Big12.
  9. I see you haven't had much interaction with management at HAL, SLB and the like.
  10. I didn't know their offensive line was Jewish.
  11. Most of those are just symptoms of the problem, which you highlighted first. Culture Its an environment where there is no self reflection. No asking the hard "whys". For them, their whys are "we have the best of everything, why aren't we winning" without even a shred of thought that maybe they aren't the best at everything. Its a culture of not understanding that questioning traditions is a good and a very necessary, healthy thing for a group/business/society. You see it in business all the time, the 'we have always done it this way" mentality.
  12. Same thing with my buddy. He calls me to talk about something, and I ask him where he went to lunch, he must have had a few. He tells me no and that his wife thought he was drunk a few days ago as well. Finds out 3 weeks later its ALS, 3-4 years later, dead.
  13. Oh i know what their excuses would be. Doesn't mean that i wouldn't die of just a sheer overdose of hilarity.
  14. I'm not sure I could survive an Aggy loss to Kansas in a bowl game.
  15. This show has no right to be as good as it is.
