  1. what's going on? the randalls off gatti's is actually closer to me but heard the old settlers location has a lot more booths and moves faster
  2. voted in williamson county at the old settlers location. long line but was in and out in 30 mins. wife, daughter, and me makes 3 for the good guys. other daughter and her wife voting in travis today no pics
  3. Question for you all... my daughter is registered to vote in Hays county, but suspended. She now lives in Travis County. I'm reading on the Texas.gov site that she can complete a Limited Ballot application at an early voting place in Travis County... is this correct? "or (if the voter has moved to a new county) completes a Limited Ballot application during Early Voting at the main early voting polling place."
  4. two positives that i can think of from the Strong era. 1. D'Onta Foreman 2. The fan base was so apathetic that I was able to snag some bad ass aisle seats in section 9 under the overhang that I will keep until the day I die. it's impossible to get seats there anymore
  5. we'll be in florence and rome from 7/6-7/15, looking for some ideas for day trips. where is this place and can we do a day trip from florence or rome?
  6. then get a robot. it's so much better
  7. that sounds like an amazing deal. if you're in the austin area send me the contact info for the company you used.
  8. i've been on semaglutide for almost a year and have lost 25 pounds. initially, my biggest issue was constipation. i am very regular and always had a BM in the morning. at first i would go 2-3 days wihtout a bowel movement which sucked. i've since gone back to being regular. i pay $180 for a refill that lasts about 10 weeks my a1c numbers went from 5.7 to 5.2 within 3 months, and sugar levels from 126 to 73. my blood pressure is now 120/80. for me it's been great, but i don't plan on being on it for much longer. i'd like to be able to eat more than a handful of food once in a while. it sucks smoking a bad ass brisket only to be able to eat one small slice
  9. fence prices have gotten nuts. 2 years ago I paid i believe $25/LF for a good neighbor fence, nothing super fancy other than thick cedar planks
  10. that would mean punishing men... you know that ain't gonna happen
  11. you can find plenty of brand new factory soft tops at crazy discounts on facebook market place. most are brand new in box. instead of spending $2500 or so, you can can get them for half of that. we bought one like this for $700 instead of whatever ridiculous price jeep charges for the premium twill ones. we still have the hard top but it hasn't been used in over a year. we thought we'd may need to put it back for the winter but it's just fine with the soft top because the heater is so damn hot
  12. kids under 18 have no constitutional right to own a gun
  13. nothing to add except it's complete bullshit that your wife is making you carry 100% of the load.
  14. your kids don't visit their own grandma? that's fucked up
  15. i'm totally sure she was only standing outside and never went inside. fuck all those people. turn her info to the FBI and let them make the decision
  16. i hope you sent her info to the FBI
  17. are you saying satan is more powerful than god? thought he was all-powerful?
  18. hence my second option "or god is powerless to stop it so what's the point in prayer,"
  19. yeah, like god planting dinosaur fossils to test the idiots evangelicals
  20. nothing. that's exactly the point. either god allowed it to happen and he's a jerk, or god is powerless to stop it so what's the point in prayer, or more likely, there is no god
  21. it's to make themselves feel better. kinda like self-soothing. it's useless.
  22. finally someone i know... damn she looks ROUGH in that mugshot 11282846 YOST ASHTON 2321747 09/21/2023 0900-1 ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER
  23. Post less. the dude was posting tweets from racist richard hanania...
  24. there is an automatic way to protest this, it's called a quick protest (at least it is in williamson county) and you put the purchase price and upload your closing docs. I remember doing something similar in travis county, and my friend who lives in pflugerville did this as well (althought it was beyond the year, so they backdated the assessed value and added like 2% for the past 2 years)
