  1. Maybe it was Emma Stone's dad.
  2. Right, of course. Simply unfathomable that Jalen Green and Fred Vanvleet didn't know their way to a road playoff win.
  3. So why is it so hard to fathom that Golden State won?
  4. Then why were they favored?
  5. Can anyone explain to me what the fuck this offense is? I am mystified as to how this team got the 2 seed. Ime can barely scheme the ball across midcourt.
  6. Warriors were still favored by 1.5 at tip. This is dumb.
  7. No Jimmy Butler, 28% from three, and still going to win. We should miss some more free throws.
  8. What are you referring to?
  9. Another unimpressive one run win. Were we on notice? Are we on super notice now?
  10. Will be interesting to see how their trajectories look after Arch has played two years & Quinn's been in the NFL two years. Will we be saying, "holy shit I can't believe Sark got that out of Ewers."
  11. Hell, yeah. This. Add him to the list.
  12. That's not true. Schrager and Jeremiah had him going #21 to the Steelers. McShay had him in the 2nd IIRC. AFAIK none of the analysts predicted he would fall to round three, and nobody had him lower than the #3 QB taken.
  13. It's funny that the agents basically get to write Shams's tweets in exchange for the scoop. Lol @ the extraneous accolades, and nobody cares about the agent's name.
  14. 4 million people subscribe to this doofus.
  15. I forgot the Chaminade loss was by 13. And someone scored 32?! Bahahahahaha
  16. Santa Monica & Centinela. Same billboard space that housed the fake Susie Caftan ad I posted in the Curb thread. Apparently it's owned or often rented by HBO.
  17. Au contraire! The pilot episode of "The Studio" was centered around a Jonestown/Kool-Aid bit. See article:
  18. Wife had this on in the background. So bad. Temu Taylor Sheridan slop.
  19. This is Houston Sports though. Where guys name Quinton Post? shoot 4/7 from three
  20. lmao this is fucking idiotic. Change the 14-year-old child to a 19-year-old? Maybe they should have just made Joel the child and Ellie the adult! Then they could have cast Carrie Coon!
  21. @Helobious reality check: Kaitlyn Dever is 28 years old. She was 24 years old in 2021 when they cast this show. Casting a 24 year old to play a 14-year-old would have been weird. Why would they have even considered her? Bella Ramsey was 17 in 2021. She was a better fit. And get outta here with that reddit/DEI retardery. It's an egregiously stupid take. The main reason Bella Ramsey got the job is because she can act. That's kind of important. Especially with kids.
  22. Apparently some of that $2mil went toward marketing. Walked past this today:
  23. He was staying quiet until Dumont made him do that first weird secret press conference. Then I guess Dumont made him do another more normal one? Not sure on that. It probably seems strange because they've handled this whole situation so poorly. What they should have done is nutted up and gotten the media obligation over with right away. Like what most every other organization does after they make a big trade. It's super believable to me. Especially after that McMahon article unraveling the saga going back to 2023. Hubristic goob who failed upward surrounds himself with yes-men and cheerleaders. Sits around all day huffing his own farts, thinking he's a genius. Makes a terrible business decision in a vacuum. Probably happens every day somewhere in the world.
  24. I suck at math but this does not seem to be mathing. 33rd overall, but 87th at his position?
