A whole lot of people are going to be going hungry soon. ABC News reporting that most house holds will spend an extra $2400 a year on items. For a house that’s already pay check to pay check - an extra $200 a month is going to hurt.
I’m aiming for 150g or so, but that’s with using whey supplements. I’ll make a shake after workouts / cycling or when I’m hungry and want a snack. I’m currently 209 and want to settle around 195. There’s no way I can maintain 200g of protein a day. My body doesn’t like it.
Passed by mosquito. Not fatal, but doesn’t sound fun. Chikungunya is a mosquito-born virus that presents most commonly with a headache, muscle pain, nausea, fatigue, rash and swollen joints. Joint pain can last for years. Yay.
Long term investing. Buy on the way down and back up. If you’re retired now - hopefully you’re in something stable. If the market goes to zero, we are going to have bigger things to worry about than investing.
Not all small business folks are Trumpkins. My wife and her brother hate MAGA and run a small business (sold it in May, but still run it). They import from China, Japan, Turkey, and other places. Any small business that imports and didn’t plan for this had their head in the sand.
Or maybe Ferrari is a fucked team with a wildly unpredictable car. He can only do so much when he’s handed a shit box. Charles was shocked he was able to get pole and then today lost due to whatever issues Ferrari “fixed.”
FYI - if she loses her nipple, there are tattoo artists that can tattoo one on that look hyper realistic. Losing her right nipple really hit my wife hard. She thought she was going to be able to keep it, but nope - cancer in there too.
She opted for it. She didn’t want to take any chances and it was only the one side. She also did the genetic testing and that came back negative, so keeping lefty was fine. Her right one betrayed her and had to go. Feel free to message me if you’d like. I’m happy to share.
Rode my first and probably for a while, last century today. Group i usually ride with road the Katy Flat Lands ride. I need to be much faster to ride 100 miles and not be miserable. Takes too long if you’re not in a pace line rolling 25mph or so.
