  1. I opted for this as I don't plan to take it anywhere or move it from my property. Wood Storage/Supply. I'm expecting that with the thickness of the steel and backflow design I hope to not burn a lot of wood so it should not be a concern (fingers crossed). I can stack or store on that brick patio and I have other areas on my property to keep wood. I suspect I'll store wood for each smoke under the rig.
  2. The Death Star She arrived yesterday, she's thick and I was advised that it would weigh around 350lbs, the shipped thought it was closer to 600. I think he is wrong but it's solid and heavy nonetheless. I'll fire it up today for a seasoning burn-in. Lang is a well made Smoker in my opinion and I'll post more after the burn and a smoke this weekend.
  3. I'm sure it's great, your kitchen skills are well known. I just find too many people adding bacon to too many things for my taste.
  4. bacon should only be added to a hot potato salet, its overkill otherwise
  5. Anything by Schooly D but "Am I Black enuff for ya" should lead. Ice-T: 6 in the morning Geto Boys " Damn it feels good to be a gangsta" https://www.complex.com/music/2013/05/the-50-best-houston-rap-songs/geto-boys-damn-it-feels-good-to-be-a-gangsta
  6. I've been making it with plain yogurt versus mayo, lots of Dill, Scallions, Shallots, lemon juice, S&P. Sometimes for the right people it gets some Cilantro. I grew up eating German style in Wisconsin and it's the tits.

  12. Dropped $248 at the Shop-Rite today, lets see when I have to go back this week, I suspect Friday or Saturday

  14. Me, Mrs nest2naus and the toddler n2ns I do the shopping as I work from home and I like to do it. I do two trips a week. I could probably get all the non perishable shit in one trip a week however we go through a lot of fresh fruit for the twins and other wasted baby foods (sometimes its a buffet of what they don't want to eat). I hit up the blue collar Shop-Rite for the basics and alternate with the Stop-n-Shop for some shit that the other store doesn't have. I get tactical with Trader Joes to change it up and saem goes with Uncle Giuseppe's, which is great for Italian, meats, fish, and really everything else except for baby stuff and cleaning supplies. I've been in the burbs for less than a year and overall I prefered the smaller grocery stores of NYC. I have discovered some good meat markets so thats nice.
  15. So I have my business (accounts) which is more than enough to keep me busy and this year I agreed to take on Eastern Canada until we integrate a company we are acquiring and backfill with this folks....fast forward to yesterday, we RIF'd a guy and now I have his accounts in NYC as well. This is a great opportunity for me to make money. Thankfully it's the offseason
