  1. Updated Rankings First, Texas rankings: Baseball America https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/college-baseball-top-25-rankings/ D1 Baseball https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/baseball/d1/d1baseballcom-top-25 Perfect Game https://www.perfectgame.org/Articles/View.aspx?article=23533 USA Today Coaches Poll https://sportsdata.usatoday.com/baseball/cbb/coaches-poll NCBWA https://www.sportswriters.net/ncbwa/news/2025/03/31/tennessee-26-2-tops-ncbwa-division-i-poll Tennessee is the unanimous #1 with Arkansas, Texas, Georgia, LSU, Clemson, and Florida State generally making up the top 5 ish.
  2. Updated RPI https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/baseball/d1/rpi Arkansas up to #1 Tenn down to #3 Texas up to #10 UTRGV holding strong at #24 (2 losses at TCU 3-4 and 0-4, series win against A&M CC 3-2, 11-8, 2-3) Scroll down a few times to find A&M at 107 Scroll down a few more times to find Missouri at 169 (up from 202)
  3. When does Wycombe play their game in hand?
  4. Did you get into Spider 2 Y Bananas stash?
  5. "I was just made aware" I'm sure every career has some version of the "rookie shrug". It's the answer when they get questioned about something they did or didn't do: unassuming shoulder shrug + something that basically amounts to "I didn't know" or "I didn't know any better". In the military we call it the E-3 shrug or for officers, the Ensign/2ndLT shrug. In medicine, it's the med student shrug. In college coaching, it's probably the "GA shrug". Maybe a GA wouldn't know this rule, but when you're the head fucking coach of a P4 team, these shouldn't be things you have to be "made aware of". Hell, last year as an assistant coach, this is probably a rule that you should know. But, then again, it wasn't that long ago that he was a GA or a volunteer or something so 🤷🏽‍♂️. Who ever could've seen this coming?
  6. CTJ, I think these wager terms are a bit disingenuous. This year, we had 0 WR over 1,000 yards, that's including a first round draft pick Worthy in 3 years here went for 981, 760, and 1,014. Livingston would have to have a better season than any of Worthy's or Golden's seasons for you to lose that bet. If the bet is basically he's not a JAG vs he's the mcjaggiest of JAGs, 500 yards is not a bad benchmark. In Sark's tenure here, we have had 1, 3, 4, and 3 WR over 500 yards for the season. So 500 yards is basically betting whether or not he's a top 3-4 WR on the roster. Wingo last year didn't top 500 yards.
  7. It's not like there was a national championship game. They were named #1 at the end of the season by whichever poll. If they went to one game at some point, he saw them kinda sorta win a national championship.
  8. Second half OU - 23 Paige - 29.
  9. I'd be willing to bet there's a few on TexAgs that truly believe that, unironically.
  10. Great defense, high 4th quarter intensity, hitting free throws. That's how we close out games!
  11. Maybe I'm of above average intelligence, but it seems pretty simple to me, at least as a base runner. Running from home to first, run through the safety base. Ignore it literally the rest of the time.
  12. Well Witten's kid is a safety, not a tight end..... Just need to click on the link there bud.
  13. Jaydon Blue reportedly hitting 4.28 and 4.25 on his 40 runs https://x.com/NashTalksTexas/status/1904607162975867316?t=tM5gw71IWoilX1msVKpc-w&s=19 https://x.com/NashTalksTexas/status/1904616069010010188?t=SEOI6bodyljhEGe6DNpgmQ&s=19
  14. SEC Network (or +) had full coverage all day it looks like with Fozzy on the field reporting for each drill. I didn't get to watch it because it was during the day but I caught the tail end when I got home. @NashTalksTexas has a lot of the video from the broadcast, you just have to scroll past the baseball game highlights https://x.com/NashTalksTexas/status/1904621599266832871?t=rYr7x0c2zjthljoCXj5_Ng&s=19
  15. UTRGV scores 2 in the top 9th to make it close, but ultimately falls to TCU 4-3
  16. Time to make her Adrian Peterson I guess.... She's going to get her season long stats, hopefully while watching us beat their asses and win a national championship.
  17. We're back to #1 on ESPN/USA Softball https://www.usasoftball.com/college-corner/usa-softball-collegiate-top-25/
  18. There were some fan things as well. He fought to get the pom squad to dance on the dugout, you know, like every other normal team. Well, old army aggy fans didn't like that because it wasn't turdition. So what did they do? They held up a newspaper in front of their faces so they wouldn't have to see it. Oh the horror! This was the same game that he called out the fans for being assholes and yelling at the players over the dugout.
  19. Does anyone know if Bevo was there? Are there any pictures of Miller petting Bevo? .... Etc etc I don't remember the rest
  20. ESPN reporting a torn ACL, will need surgery Next season certainly won't be as exciting without her playing. https://x.com/ShamsCharania/status/1904407495881204155?t=BvI4xoeHklJczNaRpcXChg&s=19
  21. Damn,I hope that's not an ACL
  22. Updated Rankings through 3/24 Baseball America https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/college-baseball-top-25-rankings/ D1 Baseball https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/baseball/d1/d1baseballcom-top-25 NCBWA https://www.sportswriters.net/ncbwa/news/2025/03/17/tennessee-20-0-tops-ncbwa-division-i-poll USA Today Coaches Poll https://sportsdata.usatoday.com/baseball/cbb/coaches-poll Tennessee is #1 in 3/4 polls. Arkansas jumps to #1 in the NCBWA poll Texas in the order listed above is 3 (up from 5) 7 (up from 8 ) 7 (up from 9) 7 (no change. High/low rankings 7/14)
  23. As shown here, Texas leap frogs UTRGV for the first time this season, with Texas moving up to 14 and Los Vaqueros down to 15. Tennessee remains a #1. Xavier is a wild outlier at #5 despite double digit losses (that early season #1 SOS and #2 nonconference SOS is likely doing the work for them there). SEC has 9 of the top 15. My wife's alma mater, Troy, moves into the top 10. And just for shits and giggles, you have to scroll down quite a bit to find the Texas A&M fighting Aggies down at #113. Only our next opponent, Missouri, at #206 keeps them from being the bottom dweller of the SEC.
  24. It's a tough conference, can't win them all! We'll be fine. That top 25 ranking must wait for another day, however.
