  1. I did it for a few years and loved it. Had to quit due to some unrelated health issues. To echo what others have said, know your limits and really focus on proper form, and you'll be fine. It's easy to find scaled down versions of the workouts online, you don't have to everything as prescribed. Don't do the power Oly lifts like deadlifts and such until you really have the form nailed.
  2. Gotta say, most of that is just plain hilarious.
  3. DirectvNow has been really glitchy lately. It was working fine the last month or so. It's like every other update breaks something, then they fix it.

I call this one, Butthurt: Redux, Funny how some things don't change, time is a flat circle and all that.
  5. I have each of these, but prefer the honeycomb one just for the way it feels in the hand. Can always tell which way is up and feels better in the hand, more grip: https://www.amazon.com/Fintie-Protective-Case-Apple-Remote/dp/B01K6LO5SK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1537965840&sr=8-3&keywords=apple+tv+remote+case&dpID=41wAN1ZDE5L&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch https://www.amazon.com/elago-Technology-Anti-Slip-Absorption-Generation/dp/B01B5RF470/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1537965907&sr=8-4&keywords=apple+tv+remote+case&dpID=41FXpYvRVeL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
  6. Hence the reason there's still a big 'Beta' tag on it. Now granted, it should be working by now, because they've been working on it forever. But still, they're telling you it's not a finished product right on the home screen.
  7. Well at least iOS 12 seems snappier on my 7.
  8. Yeah it could be your hardware, FireStick is one of the under-powered devices. I was using an AppleTV and didn't have that issue. Yeah it's still not the smoothest, but it's useable.
  9. https://www.reddit.com/r/MLBStreams/ For RedZone: https://www.reddit.com/r/nflstreams/ You'll have to wait until there are live games for them to show up at both those links.
  10. Yeah it's hard to find a service that's just right, there's trade-offs with each one.
  11. I like how they only harped on the things Texas caught a break on, as if USC didn't catch any, and that's the reason we won.
  12. We've been on the new one (their middle of the road model, the Casper) for about 2 weeks. It was redesigned this year with a firmer foam in the middle section for lumbar support, while keeping a softer foam on the ends so side sleepers can have comfortable shoulder sink. My wife loves it, I have mixed feelings. That dichotomy of foam densities takes some getting used to, it's an odd feeling at first to have different foams at different parts of the body. Lying on your back, it makes you feel like your hips/ass are raised way up. It's not uncomfortable, it just takes an adjustment period. The back and shoulder pain I used to wake up with every morning with my old spring mattress is completely gone though.
  13. Chris Warren with the Raiders
  14. You really only need 3-4mbps to stream an HD picture. So as long as your internet speed is 12+mbps, 3 streams should be no issue.
  15. The answer is...........it depends. If the games are all on one of the major networks (ABC/NBC/CBS/Fox), all you need is one good OTA antenna in the attic, and route to each tv with a splitter. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RFLGH5E/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 If the games are on a cable channel (ESPN/Fox Sports/etc), you'll need a separate streaming device for each tv (Firestick/Roku/AppleTV), and a tv package subscription (DirectvNow/YoutubeTV/Sling/PS Vue/Hulu). Most of the subscription services include your local network stations these days (depending where you live), and in that case you wouldn't need the OTA antenna. Depending on the service, you might have to pay for more streams. I have DirectvNow, and you get 2 simultaneous streams standard, a 3rd stream cost an extra $5/month.
  16. Well a big plus for a lot of people is the actual streamlining of the channels you have, because you'll realize how much you don't actually watch. Trim the fat and don't try to replace every channel one-for-one. Figure out what you absolutely can't live without, and stick with that. You can get by with a lot less channels/services than you think you can. I pay for the smallest DirecTV package and Netflix, and have Prime video because I was a Prime member anyway. I have way more quality content than I could ever watch. If you need a certain channel (like LHN), bump up your DirecTV package for the few months you need it (football season), then ratchet it back down in January.
  17. CVS, sunglass rack. Panama Jack's (Maui Jim knockoffs) and Foster Grants, $20. They are fairly decent looking replicas of the more expensive stuff.
  18. You might have to enable it in the menu settings of your tv, and possibly the receiver as well. But try the tv first. Also, it could be under some proprietary name, since different brands like to make up their own name for the same function. My Samsung has "Anynet", which is their term for HDMI controlled components, which I think has to be turned on to allow ARC.
