  1. I like how RFK Jr. used his years of accumulated medical knowledge to nope the fuck out of that room ASAP.
  2. Ah yes. This is embarrassing. Christ, they went to England, not New York.
  3. It is, right? Even as a kid I was like "Damn this is actually really fucking good. Charles Grodin is amazing."
  4. "Coach Sarkisian, we have an idea. Now, you're going to think this sounds insane, but you're just gonna have to trust us...."
  5. "We're the party with the right solutions", huh. That's funny, considering y'all ran on all that shit a year ago, you control every branch of government, and haven't done shit to fix any of it.
  6. Berymon has "decommitted", officially I suppose.
  7. A casual Texas fan tuning into the first game of the year would have been truly lost with all the new faces. In theory the broadcast should help with that, although in this case they didn’t really seem to think that was necessary.
  8. I'm sure Christians wouldn't mind at all being painted with that broad of a brush. "Hey you're a Christian, just like Donald Trump claims to be. So I can only assume that you are also a lifelong conman and 34 time convicted felon and child rapist and regular rapist?"
  9. Guards will look better than they’re not being guarded by 6’7” dudes who will be in the NBA next year.
  10. Surly turning a Miss Piggy thread into a Holly Rowe thread within 10 posts is pretty funny.
  11. “You’d better do something or you will lose channels you are already paying for…. in fact, you will lose really the only channels you even use” really grinds my gears.
  12. I'm not busy tomorrow.
  13. Trump sycophants: “President Dotard is focused on nothing else but how to pay out SNAP benefits to those in need.” Dotard this morning: “We’re not paying jack shit to those freeloaders!” Karoline Leavitt a few minutes ago: “Of course we’re going to abide by the court order to pay out SNAP benefits.” Not that I have any sympathy for anyone who chooses to work in this White House, but it’s pretty funny to watch them constantly trying to cover for him just saying whatever the hell he wants.
  14. Living amongst people who 1) voted for this and 2) are genuinely happy with the results thus far have me questioning reality on a daily basis.
  15. I guess I must have missed the "transgender for everybody!" part of the Democratic platform.
  16. Dick Cheney voted for Kamala Harris. At least he had the spine to speak out about it cough cough W.
  17. WR will be interesting. Of the guys currently playing, we may not lose any of them (would Moore get drafted?) I’m mentally prepared to lose two out of Lockett, Terry, and Ffrench.
  18. I forgot a lot. Notably, the president is threatening to take away citizenship from people he doesn't like, is open trying to put his enemies in jail for only being his enemies, and also the president is talking openly about using US cities as training grounds for our military. And is seemingly trying to start a civil war. And that's the shit that just slipped my mind while writing that post. 10 months.
  19. Well, we're about 10 months into the Trump presidency. The rule of law is on the brink, ICE agents are picking up brown people off the streets and deporting them to camps with a life sentence, the office of the presidency is officially open for bribes, people are about to be starving, the president ordered that he be given a gift of $250 million in taxpayer money, the president destroyed a large chunk of the White House after promising he wouldn't, we're randomly blowing up boats like we're playing video games, airline travel is FUBAR. And oh yeah, inflation is up and so are grocery prices. 10 months. You happy, 79 million of the stupidest people to ever walk the face of the earth?
  20. Hard pass on counting on Simon and a true freshman like that. And this version of Baxter is giving us exactly nothing. Getting a starter level RB should be nonnegotiable.
  21. Has he ever expressed that level of sympathy for the victims of all the child rape?
  22. Mike Johnson’s superpower is being without shame. He will simply answer “I don’t know anything about that” until reporters stop asking him about it. When Trump demanded a quarter of a billion dollars of taxpayer money be given to him, same deal. Johnson just kept saying “I haven’t read up on that yet” until they stopped asking him.
  23. I watched the movie Presence the other night.
